The AFC management and whoever this tinpot PR crowd we have should read the Ceres Power RNS today and hang their heads in shame.

What the **** is going on??

I want to expand my rant to include how whilst watching the recent Tory leadership debates my mind wandered to think just who the **** is Tom Yeo and what the **** was that all about paying him a fortune for SOD ALL, but I'm burned out with AFC related frustration and disappointment.

I tried to buy a few times but couldn't get a price. Did a dummy sell and that was the same, and also did a trial small buy of £100 but no price. Anyone else experience the same? Anyone know why that'd happen or is it just that my online broker failed me?

Wish I'd picked up a load more at lower levels etc. etc.

For sure I'm glad to see it rising, but I still can't forget the doom I felt less than a year ago when we entered this period of single digits, at the time I couldn't believe how the hell could it drop to <10p, so as I say 7p+ isn't berserkly rocking my boat just yet......although as I say - not trying to dampen peoples spirits.

Just feel we're maybe, just maybe getting somewhere realistic rather than pronominal.

Any way of us knowing if an AFC Energy representative will be flying (hopefully in Economy Class) to this World Hydrogen Technologies Convention in Tokyo this week?

Notes, thanks for the comments and observations you made at the agm today. Good to read some straight points. I understand everyone is pee'd off but it was getting a bit heavy on here earlier with everyone dooming and throwing insults, I was waiting for some actual level headed reports from the day. Thanks.

Serious question (rather than insults/name calling); does it not frustrate you this constant development and research and invention and testing rather than having some kind of balance where there are sales and money coming as well as R&D?

barnetpeter - yes I was in Atlantic Coal and then they delisted as you say.

When I made inquiries on how to sell I was informed that I had to obtain various forms, then fill them out & send to a specified Broker along with my Share Certificate, along with a price that I'd be willing to accept.

I was told that the Broker would then hold the paperwork for a pre-determined period of time (I can't remember how long), and then if someone was so desperate to buy some Atlantic Coal shares that they obtained & filled out the paperwork and found out who the Broker was and sent the forms to the Broker, and then only if they wanted to buy almost exactly the same amount as I was selling at a price that was above or equal to the price I said I'd accept (this needed to happen in the window of time the Broker held my paperwork), then a deal would be done.

Needless to say I still hold all of my shares in Atlantic Coal.

P2P - if it continues to rise from here, whilst I'll be glad to get back to my break even (if we ever do), the only thing I'll (maybe) be bitter about is my jealousy of the new arrivals who've got in at sub-5p and made a mint when my average is well into the double figures even after I've held and supported and taken part in fund raises and partially financed AFC for 10 years!

But then you pays your $$ and you takes your chance, it is AIM after all so whilst jealous I hold no animosity to those who got in at the low whether by luck or judgement.

You can't have topped up by much or maybe you don't use ii, anything over £500 was knocked back all day on ii yesterday. Good luck either way.

We're not even where we were just over a month ago let alone 2 months or 3 months or 4, 5, 6, etc., and the board is full of the usual "boom" types........

It still has another 50% to go before it even hits double digits, but I don't suppose that matters to those posters.

Either tell us why there is such a drop, or tell us that you know of no reason for such a drop. To say nowt is just an insult.

So can we assume that if the Deposit from Southern Oil hadn't arrived then that would need an RNS - as it would make the last RNS incorrect?

Is it the case that silence indicates/confirms that all is still as last reported, and thus the $$ has arrived/been paid?

I think that's more likely, although it would be good to know just how much has been paid (if indeed anything has been paid).

But that 10:33:08 55k Sterlings trade looks like a half a million shares BUY.
