are due month end just a soggy day on the general markets and a bit range bound..need news or expectation of news to push us up and out...

disagree - can you predict when another rns will come out - buy on facts..chart looks oversold and overdone imho relative to risks and potential upside.....PXS just got hammered on a rights offer at a massive discount... maybe it's time for LMT to become the proven darling of the biotechy world!

Most investments i make sure i can speak directly to the management - if they answer your questions then they care what pis think which is half the battle for small caps. I also contact analysts who write research notes - again if you can offer them some info they dont know they are more likely to be more revealing. Most uk pi's seem to be in awe of actually speaking to people who are ultimately your employees although they, especially for small caps, may well be large shareholders themselves. I knew the results for example were in September as i asked the ceo. I agree with you absolutely to only invest in the things you understand, however in the last 6 months i've had to learn about the oil industry, gold mining as well as the iva and dmp business. Sometimes i buy stock on momentum but always sell when (if...sometimes) i move into profit as i see it as a free reward for ignorance. I read Andy Edmonds March research note - crunched some numbers so price was too low relative to growth - and have been position building ever since - unfortunately at the peak in apri/may but also at the low in march and july/august. As i said what's good is the highest price paid this year for CLEA was 3p.. for anything over 300k shares mms want 2.75... i see this hopefully climbing after the research note. I also have level 2 which is how i know about mms and their behaviour which is key for tactical trading but not for a long term play - next year this should be trading between 5 & 9

research note will be out this week..dont worry about the sales - plenty of buys too and new house broker is a market maker now and will keep Wins in his place - he was the guy who dropped us down to 1.375-625. Should always buy good news and cos that deliver. Close of play friday we were 4 vs 4 on level 2 - new house broker has no stock so will want to build a position imho. There was 300k available at 2.495 (reckon from Wins)and then a 1 mill at full ask (ie they dont have stock).

new Market Maker today - takes this out of the hands of winterfloods which is the best news of all and looks like prices have firmed inside the spread 2.05 bid (wins on plus) to 2.49 (wins on offer) plus the overhang has reduced to 850k

we've got buyers back 150k odd bought on plus so far...

we had a large seller hence the drop - looks like hes done for now, only haldf the stock he sold has been absorbed by buyers so reckon market is long 1 mill shares ... if the results are as good and outlook as good as we hope then there will be a mark up and hopefully a realization of a fairer value...

As a result we have successfully extended the reach of our IVA solutions to consumers with lower levels of indebtedness." reasons to buy CLEA:- 1.it's growing (faster than peers in a growing market)doubling revenue 07 to 08. 2.it's already profitable (08/09 target is 450k GBP, 09/10 target is 1-3mill GBP) 3.it has the lowest cost business model in the market 4.it's diversified within sector(iva/dmp/cash card) 5.it's not jam tomorrow - core products delivered and growing revenues 6.it's not in outer exsovietistan (HO Manchester) 7.it's cheap - p/e for 09/10 earnings at a market cap of 6.2 mill is 2 to 6.

anyone still holding - expecting good set plus excellent outlook for 2010 - research note from march 2009 predicts1 to 3 mill profit for 2010 which gives this a forward p/e of 1.8-4.8 ..looks v cheap imho...
