better? are you ready to buy yet - we had bvuyes at 1.6 and 1.75 - whoever sold at 1.5 at the open must feel silly as they could sell now at 1.75 into the close, sometimes you have to capitulate to form a market bottom to move forward - the fundies are positive and this is still undervalued and it was good to see some bargain hunters!

this is a very signficant point in the cahrt we've been forming a pennant for the last 6 month since the May high and now it's decision time as to which way to break - given the Equitorial Guineas news and Nigerian asset purchase not too far away i would suggest its to the upside...

given the news on Equitorial Guinea it is cheap on a fundamental basis - ive been buying and holding , although long term and discount to fair value in some peoples eyes mean as soon as they make 5% they're out.

Economic data itself will not mark the price up (well it may do if the numbers are very bad) it needs buyers - we had a 50k sale (700gbp?) and 1 mm dropped so chartwise it looks like we are heading to the lower and not upper - macd has just swung from gently rising to gently falling but RSI is now indicating we are oversold and if we bounce from here then we would have formed a double bottom. However on a fundie basis which should be driving the chart we are back at a p/e of 4.25 for the current year, which seems v cheap as sector trades fair value at a p/e of 10-12. A p/e of 4.25. If we were at fair value then the price would be 4.25 mid or 4p bid. Remember not only is this cheap on current fundies the likelihood of beating the profit forescast is higher given the unexpectedly negtive GDP figures, unemployment will continue to grow for longer.

i already asked him that - i had to sell a bunch of losing stocks (some are now much higher )-;) a month back during the october correction and focused on fewer shares with what i hopefully though most upside ..the strategy paid off so think real traders sell losers and run winners (and actually average up on winners)..

i think you need to look up what ramping actually means, i know you'd perfer us all to defer to your wisdom and decry any rise and cheer any fall but then that would be .. de-ramping? i hope we get to your target so you can get your money back and maybe even make a profit.
