Intellectually I'm not concerned with day to day movements, especially at this price, as I am pretty confident there will be a day when small penny or fraction of a penny movements will be immaterial - i.e. when the sp is in the pounds!

One thing for sure - if there was any sussing out of investors going on for a placing, the sp would not be rising.

News imminent? Scancell is not usually leaky, but there may be more parties than normal involved in this. Hard to keep a lid on it.

As other posters and myself have suggested, I think Sath doesn't have the right experience and contacts to take Scancell to the next stage, and that is why he is leaving in what seems an amicable manner. I'm sure he will do well for himself, he is clearly very capable. I suspect this has been known for a while, but he has now found a suitable position elsewhere, hence the RNS. I'm sure the options situation will be resolved amicably.

The real 'news' is the strong hint at a Nasdaq listing.

ADR (which is effectively buying shares on another exchange via Nasdaq) is irrelevant. IMO, it would be a full listing plus equity fund raising, and I suspect the AIM listing would go, so we would be 100% floated on Nasdaq.

There are minimum share price and market cap rules, depending what type of listing you go for. I'm sure our new CFO will be on top of that side of things.

The billion dollar question (literally) is what will be the market cap for any new equity issue.

Clear hint that a Nasdaq listing is plan A? or at least a viable plan to use in negotiations - e.g. “we don't actually need your £100M for 5% royalties as we can list on Nasdaq and fund it ourselves”.

Suspect Sath does not have the experience for a Nasdaq listing and they needed a new CFO to mastermind it. He was probably offered the option to leave or be demoted? From the language it sounds amicable, though we may never know the truth.

Violin, haven't checked but as I remember it the two Genmab deals were independent and not related at all (apart from being with the same company).

Both have a similar structure - small upfront payment and increasingly larger payments as development progresses, though full details were not disclosed.

But, the maximum payments where about $650M for each deal, and they both came with small percentage royalties on top of the max payment?

Obviously todays drop is triggered by the Iran situation, but it seems way over done. Most IPO companies are completely unaffected.

Also, with last weeks bid for Augmentum (AIM AUGM), would have thought that makes IPO extremely attractive as a short term bid hope.

Do we think Phil is working on a deal just to get iscib1+ phase 3 funded, or a ‘mega deal’ to secure funds for some or all of iScib1+, Scib2,3,4…, Glymabs, Modi1 phase 3, Modi2,3,4…

It seems clear he wants to progress several elements of the pipeline asap, so I reckon the latter, just not sure which elements, and what will be given away in return for funding.

Also, I wonder, are Modi1 results being revealed under NDA as part of any ‘mega deal’?
