Because 'it' has as much of an idea of what's going on as we have, so it can only value on what is known. That is; value of proven assets, 26.5p paid for new shares. That's it. Although it all looks positive to us, as a third party there are just too many moving parts and variables to make any true future valuation and then try to price that in. So we are now trapped in a feedback loop of 26-27p until something breaks it...?

It basically means they can issue new shares without having to offer them to you first. Ie, they can go anyone to shift them...IF they do a raise. That's what you voted for, as has been said. If you vote regularly (which you should) you will see this resolution time and again.
How many times has one of your companies issued new shares and you've wondered why you weren't offered...it's because you (or majority of shareholders at least) voted in favour of giving the Bod the power to do so.

Yes, lower extraction costs indicated set against a rising price looks promising for near term revenue. Unsure how much of that will be reinvested into the prospects, but all looks promising for the P&L.
I'm confident of positive updates from Arizona, the EQTEC project is moving faster than I thought it would tbh, and you can still pick these up at placing price!

Yes, they've been diluted like the rest of us, but have added another c1m shares. Still confident, as I am.
