The ONLY thing to worry about here is whether you should buy more, and wait.
I mean, when I think back at some of the basket cases I've stupidly put money in over the years, dodgy directors I've given the benefit of the doubt and then compare to this behemoth in the making...how much easier do you want it?

There won't be a divi date set in the past, but nor will there be an opportunity to buy shares at 27p when everyone knows the divi is going to £?.??p (just in case some still think they can carry on holding their cash tight and then just swoop in and carpet-bag at the last minute).
Even if (big if) the market is open, and if (bigger if) the price hasn't rerated...you'll have ZERO chance of completing and order.
I know this all sounds obvious but it's also obvious to me that some think they'll have all the time in the world to get the divi. You've just had all the time in the world!

It would infer that there are still some matters to resolve, as it doesn't say 'concluded'.
However, saying we are coming to a conclusion would explicitly mean it hasn't been, yet. And if they had said deal concludes, everyone would rightly be saying "ok, if it's done, where's the detail!?".
I think a deal for 'most' of our old assets IS done, and the detail will be with us shortly ;)

Whatever value the board deem appropriate is "divi'd" up across all shareholders. The more shares you have the more money you get.
Aa a shareholder, you are also susceptible to debt too, and at the end of the Q.
But with regards EUA, they have no debt, are capitalised, have assets (that are increasing in both both volume and value) and are in negotiations with the biggest companies in the world to sell assets they have first mover advantages on and licences granted with the consent of the Russian government.
You can (unbelievablely) still buy these golden tickets at just 27 gbx or 27 roubles!

90% of it depends on your personal financial circumstances, access to off shore and mates.
If you play by the boom and you're outside pension and isa, pay your dues.
If you're self employed, own a company, carrying debts, off shore assets, proxy's, have adult daily etc etc etc...you have lots of options.

I get what you're saying, I think, but I must say...
This has been like a hurtling truck. I was late to the game, watched it out of suspension, waited, waited, then started buying at 17p. I've been throwing money at it ever since. I'll admit 14p got me a bit twitchy, especially after having seen 40p+, but I've only ever added.
When this lands, and it WILL, I will have ZERO sympathy for anyone who missed out or gets burnt...Nil, nanda, none, nought, zilch...
Some have voiced frustration over comms (and there's plenty of ginnp like creatures that have preyed on that), but look back, see it now, you've basically been told everything, whilst being told nothing.
The RNS phraseology, references, licences, stock interest, DS twitter support, licences, ACF etc etc.
I mean, honestly...and you could still buy (get out of your short) these at 20p the other week!!!
