Putin has been using this narrative, he was 'forced into war', especially he started losing. Convincing his own population they are at war with NATO (lol). If Russia really was at war with NATO, it really would have been a 3 day SMO!

Simple fact is, he is the aggressor, the Ukrainians the victim. Fact!

Those on these boards supporting Putin's outdated pro-Soviet doctrine are not only wrong, but will find themselves on the wrong side of history.

The West has made plenty of mistakes over Ukraine; not enforcing 'peace guarantees', appeasement over Crimea, not supplying Ukraine proactively with modern weapons, but to label them as the 'warmongers' only demonstrates how twisted their logic is.

Russia's actions are completely and utterly indefensible...even if we assume their invasion has some justification...which it doesn't!

They fall in the same bracket as holocaust deniers, flat earthers and moon landing deniers.

So what you're saying is the stupid myth of the 'book' having to be in a permanent state of balance (ie every buy/sell is matched with a sell/buy) is exactly that...a myth!?

It should be obvious, but far too many on these boards still believe market makers 'play with a straight bat'.

I believe there are recommended limits to how much stock they can hold, but given the FCA obviously don't care what happens on AIM they can basically do what they want and manipulate the price in their favour.

First off, this is the WSBN board, right?

Second, I hold nearly 3m shares here, although it's s no business of yours.

Third, I'm entitled to my opinion, same as anyone else here, yet I still find myself waiting for anyone to disprove my assumption the £4m worth of stock has already been sold on, either forward sold or on the 'pump' orchestrated right after. Nothing shocking about it.

Fourth, I don't really give a toss either way, so no, I won't be emailing them. Im just tired of people here believing a funding company has dropped £4m on this as a punt and are currently 30% down. Beyond laughable! (They said something about looking forward to assist again in the future if needed, not on that basis they won't).

Fifth, and finally, why am I invested then? Because I do believe there's a significant gold find here, but we are without doubt being played by those in the know and AIM is AIM...directors will line their own pockets first, their mates second, allow the market to skim off too and then finally...maybe...if there ACTUALLY is gold in the ground, allow us a moment at the trough to fill our snouts.

The only poster on here who's got the measure of what's really going on is LOTM. I see they are getting jumped on too.

These people are not punters, they're 'smart money'. You remember the pump after this news? That was to provide them with liquidity to move the stock.

If anyone can prove me wrong, then please do so. I'll wait...

When you have this level of uncertainty some will no doubt err on the side of caution and sell to preserve capital.

Ironically, if this the blockbuster people are assuming it's going to be and there is 'those in the know' buying in the background, this process will actually accelerate as they place lower and lower priced orders, soaking up the stock as it comes back on the book.

Hopefully we get to a point soon where the selling dries up, as I think it's safe to assume no proper firm news is going to land in the interim?

No LOTM, not lost, just ignored, as people don't want to hear it. It's called cognitive dissonance. I said months ago that the first cores are duff and that's why the results haven't been forthcoming.

Having said that, I do still believe there's gold, but they would need to keep drilling to get the grades they were happy to publish, and does indeed to seem the case.

Regardless, the facts are that we are still spending a lot of money pricking the desert to confirm what we believe is there. Until then the derampers, shorters and market makers are having a field day, aided and abetted (ironically) by those who should know better posting opium on social media to guarantee next year's salary.

To add insult to injury, we are now being asked to support a 100/1 consolidation that has only one obvious implication....further dilution until we finally find the gold we can take to market.

As usual, PI's being asked to do the heavy lifting while loaners are supplied liquidity to clear their debt with profit and the directors ensure their affluent lifestyle regardless of outcome.

Just be honest ffs, have an adult conversation and let us decide whether we want to continue subscribing or cut our losses, rather than this continuous smoke and mirrors.

...I'm off tomorrow, so no need to set my alarm. Can lay in and listen to the rain bouncing off the windows knowing I'm not missing out on anything, other than the price continuing to creep down to 0.7p 'support'.
