I'm quite sure if the Bod felt the need to raise more monies to achieve it's goals, or even keep the lights on, they wouldn't have shyed away from a vote on the issue, regardless of sentiment (do some of you really think that's how businesses are run?!).
There's always a buyer for your stock - at the right price - yet that's why they've highlighted the impact of dilution, for all of us!
That they didn't, should give confidence that either; they have enough already, WK income will cover any shortfall or expected timelines are short enough to avoid any cash squeeze.
All of which give me confidence.

I'll have a very amateurish punt at answering you question...by asking a few others...
What was the price of those minerals/PGM's at the time?
What was the demand?
What else did NN have going on at the time?
What was their ESG plan, history, reputation?
Did they think they were making enough money already?
Maybe...this is the very opportunity our Bod saw?
It could be 'clutching' and doesn't give us any guarantees, but it does indicate the size of deals they're involved in.
But, as you've said, with nothing coming from the Bod, this is what we're left with, speculation.

What date where you given?
Apologies, as I must have missed it.
Couldn't answer my simple question.
If it's too much for you, sell up and do one...assuming you are in fact invested?
Oh, and don't forget the war, as they used to say in latter-day sitcoms ;)
