Sorry, playing catch up... can someone please explain the consequence of rejecting this and doing nothing? I don't want to sink any more money into this company, but also don't want what small amount of my original investment to dissapear, so in basic terms, what are my choices and consequences here?

I've been in this stock around 10 years, so absolutely was in it for the long-term prospects. I see no value in placing another bet for the 'long-term' based on current quality of communications or strategy here. Please convince me otherwise.

I'm doing OK (pretty well to be fair) with CAI right now, but this board is about KRS.

To that point, I feel like I need to write to Russell and ask for an explanation as to why things are so quiet on social media, and as to why we are paying an FTE in Togo to deliver apparently no value but take a salary. To save me the potential trouble, has anyone already done this and/or had any luck in reaching out to Russell in the past. DR used to be amazing at dialogue, Russell not so.

Unless someone knows the actual spread and deal values on that day and can correct me, that looks like a massive sell?

A while back I put these in my “bottom drawer” only to get momentarily excited that Togo may actually happen. Since then, we’ve employed a full time liaison, been on multiple photo opportunity visits and bailed out an American company who left us “dry”. I have now decided to move from the bottom drawer to under the floor boards. After many years here, I’m glad CAI puts me in good profit, but can’t help feeling repeatedly let down and frustrated in KRS and a distinct lack of transparency and information flow. I find that lack of accountability somewhat disappointing to say the very least.

I saw similar stories many months ago about battery tech needing these elements. Unfortunately they require it out of the ground, which we seem to find problematic! :-)

Anyone got an MCAP view on CAI? Feels like it’s got plenty of legs for the next 12 months, but wondered if anyone has a more scientific view? Analyst views maybe somewhat outdated now?

MCAP heading towards the price of a semi in West London. Some positive news would be good, along with an explanation regarding our salaried staff in Togo and their efforts.

Jim, given how long you (and some others of us) have held here, I feel that is utterly sh&* to have no reply. DR used to reply all the time, and even over weekends. Considering he doesn't have that many emails coming in, I would suggest this is completely unacceptable and poor shareholder management. I don't accept the 'can't talk about it' angle, a simple acknowledgement and 'can't talk about it' would be OK.

Any idea what 10,000 RoM Tonnes is going to generate at expected purity?

I don't see movement, sorry, not yet. Firstly spread is tightened, and secondly this needs to close and maintain at this level or above for me to be convinced. Encouraging non-the-less.

When do we think we are going to see revenue/cashflow? Things are really quiet.

It’s not unreasonable for us to have a straight answer on his activities as we are share holders. I feel if we were to pool interest, we would have ‘significant’ holding?

Gotta love the job of our company ambassador in Togo. Reckon that’s a perfect job… I genuinely wonder what he’s doing for the salary. I know it’s not easy, but some explanation or update should be happening.
