Once the golden share is gone, there will likely be a free for all stake building, take over can’t be stopped and it’s an equal smash and grab playing field. I think we will get to 250p very quickly. After that a potential take out around 350p or more depending on how many bidders. Going to get very exciting ??

Yes they will and the results are bloody terrible. Commercially clueless. No wonder the CEO stepped down. He should be burned at the stake.

What you can 100% sure of is HR issues are totally out of scope of the financial audit and reasons for delisting. No idea but would speculate this is a badly run company with little ethics and not one an HR Senior professional would want to associated with. I would think it a very smart career move in light of how this is all going to roll out. We are only seeing the tip of the iceberg right now…..

It will corrupt top down, all in together. If it’s say one person involved, they would have been thrown under bus long ago. It’s likely false revenue recognition, probably over stated assets and profits all window dressed to push the share price. The corporate governance warnings have been around for years. It’s it’s easy to see the BOD comprises of an old boys network. Accountants always advise the correct way to restate the accounts on genuine errors, I am highly familiar. They will also stay on if the intention is to restate the accounts and correct. What they won’t do is stay around if it’s fraud and it involves the majority of the BOD and there isn’t 100% willingness to open up the truth, restructure and restate the accounts. The best thing for us investors is as follows:
1. The serious fraud office comes in quickly and they will effectively appoint their own audit team and look at the accounts and reasons why GT walked.

2. The banks use their loan covenant contracts and do similar.

3. Clear out and maybe jail any guilty parties.

4. Restate the accounts of the previous years and this year and get a new BOD in place that have immaculate reputations in the city.

5. Re list.

It’s interesting if you look at the past 2 / 3 years RNS of the Lookers PLC. They went through all the above and none the company is doing really great and it’s SP on the up and up.

Hopefully we will follow that pattern here.

Until their products are proven to work and they generate cash more than spend it’s an expensive share. The smart money got the cash raising at 7p / share when it was diluted to death. Remembers it’s been doing these announcements for 8 years now and never made a penny. Seems an awful long time to get something to market. Remember the blue diamond coated condom and their first liscencing partner. Both dropped the product after the contracts expired. The only people getting rich hate are the BOD

Well I’m very surprised at the takeover rumours over at Pendragon that look to have real teeth when you think how asset and cash rich Lookers is currently. I expect we will get a hard bid soon from Constellation as they won’t want to wait too long. The results will create a higher valuation for sure, will they strike before publication (Hope not).

Just add a 4th. Small cash burn or an increase in cash will be a significant factor in the SP. Settlement will be fantasy because it looks over provisioned to me so if we get closure the delta goes straight to the bottom line. I’m a bit worried about a low ball takeover before the settlement by Bio. I really hope a competitor comes in and starts stake building but I guess “hope” belongs in Churches. Anyway all arrows point north to me, just needs time and the avoidance of a low ball take out. Fair value c. 550p IMHO. Good luck to us all over the next 3 months when we should see a lot of value being released into the SP.

It’s really great to see the purchase shares get cancelled and not put into treasury for Director to later award themselves (Quite rare these days). Good job Lord Cruddas.

Means going up when the tail is CD at the top, is correct?
I am aware of tail is south and it’s green it means buyer over took the sellers, can some kindly remind me how to read the candles (simple quick version). I know there is lot to looking across the pattern of the cables etc (only interested in the most recent ones).

Be interesting to see after a few hours if we go another strong SP tear upwards.

We got all the capital rIsings and float prices averages well above 500p average. Revenue being exceeded but brokers saying fair value about 100p and those are alway a little high making the current SP about right. Then got no net profit or contribution coming in. Then again gross margin is a nice number. My sense is it’s worth about 200p and this will be a victim of a low ball takeover. Not happy, very concerned - Need 300p to breakeven.

Unfortunately it’s all gone, very sad for people. Predicted this way back read my posts.

Russia has the assets, it’s not going to look after the interests of share holders especially after what R.A. and his cronies have been put through by the British government. It’s kinda obvious and time to give up on the denials and hopes that somehow we haven’t lost our entire investment. It’s goodbye and goodnight is the hard truth.

As we all think, it does look like a take over is afoot. This is bad news as most of we get low balled if another player doesn’t start stake building soon.

Do we have a date for the year end results publication. Saw the half year was 27th Sept so logically I would think + 6 months time, we looking at 27th March ish?

It would have been smarter not have Russians running the company (no changes there). It’s a huge Putin integrated company (can’t get the liscences or have assets confiscated if not - DYOR). Vast majority of assets are in Russia. Can’t see a happy ending sad to say. (There is lot of desperate speculative hope and prayers as there always is in these situations). The joy of stock trading, there are about 20 plus companies that delist every year, I been stung many a time. It’s all part of the game or risk or whatever words you prefer.
