Yes - It’s another low balling speculative bid, MM already turned 170p and said anything north of 200p or don’t waste his golden share time. These things are net really good for us LTH’s as it could trigger a bidding war or a kick up the ar*e for MM who if city friendly would see us trading at 150p to 250p anyway. No golden share, main market listing, maybe Nasdaq dual listed or split the business so get shares in 3 entities to release the value. A bright future awaits finally I think / hope.

Don’t think giving up the golden share makes any difference. He and his close friends own the majority of shares so would be able to block low ball takeovers. The risk is he and his close colleagues and friends do their own low ball takeover.

We we will get the year end trading update on or very close to the 20th April (same as every year). Could we start to climb back the 495p we once were. At under 210p we are definitely undervalued so a rise coming I think but how much upside we will soon find out….. GLA

Per the perspective that Ingenuity is helping direct competitors, my 10 cents view is:
1. Yes that’s probably true but if not ingenuity then another SaaS would get the partnership and revenue.
2. Ingenuity is planned to be spun off so with luck we will all have shares in both THG and Ingenuity so by demonstrating now competitors can use the platform indirectly increases the NBV of ingenuity.
So as we all believe & Kelso also, there is an enormous amount of value to be released in THG with some city friendly moves from MM that could get us back to the direction of the 500p float price. (Fingers crossed for good news and updates on the 18th April to this end). I think we are a Strong Buy….

Thanks Oakley and Ste. Hoping for some good numbers - Anything like close to cash positive, golden share relinquish re confirmation or dual listing in USA with additional upside in revenue would get us to around 80p I think / hope.

If our interim results were published on 15th Sept, final results normally 6 months after so that’s around 15th March (Didn’t happen). Has the reporting publication been changed and I missed it some where along the line does anyone know? Cheers ahead.

Is it really a conspiracy theory or net loss of around £3.2m then a net loss of £2m this year. Hyped a lot but not profitable, looks like they are buying revenue. (Revenue is vanity, gross profit - sanity, net profit reality…….So the SP is maybe having a jam tomorrow reality check. Let’s see some bottom line net profit then it becomes a more compelling investment.

I think you’ll double your money inside 24 months. It is indeed ripe for growth, we can see a few buyers starting to notice and come in now. It’s the sort of share that will rise very quickly once it’s noticed.

With an 11% spread once you buy and sell you’ll only break even on 22% SP rise. Then we got Barkby borrowing insider money on interrelated transactions creating very unhealthy DOA situation as well. To me it’s now become investable….

NGR - Teading thru these BB’s you seem the most grounded business wise poster. A few comments, letting the press bandy around a $500m settlement is smart. Samsung will be taking note (set the bar and frightened as high as possible). They settled for 2 tranche tax efficient pay now discount under advice from lawyers that know I’m sure. People read and ramp what they want to and feed of each other like sheep. Is the company well run, is it smart and protecting its IP (No). Do I want some disruptive investors chasing down the BOD and putting pressure on them (absolutely). They need to minutiae this business quickly (like for like sales and bottom line). Or bring in new blood that know how to take this to the next level. They clearly got some good products here and they won’t need to cash raise - GLA

This Ian Macdonut is a card, look at his past 5 years updates etc and you’d think this is the new Microsoft about to into the stratosphere. It’s a crap minnow penny share that frankly shouldn’t be listed. I was in and out when it was mid teens way back when. Wouldn’t go anywhere near it now. GLA you’ll likely need luck investing in this shower.

I hope so and think next results should show a net profit. It’s irritating how hard it is to find relative to other key financial data in their results and how little attention is brought to it in their results. It’s not even on their summary sheet.

I was really enthusiastic but O noticed the Director sell shares when their options mature every time then buy smaller amounts back. Also noticed they are actually net loss making which they seem to hide very well. Certainly revenue growth is brilliant like THG. I’m less excited than I was now and it does explain why it’s not rising.

Of course we are in a worsening Bear market which is probably why we are not seeing a major SP uplift. “All ships anchor lower when the tide goes out” I think more Director buys and getting back to a bull market with similar growth rates to these in 6 months could see a major uplift in SP.

Good companies don’t need these paid reports, looks desperate. Do a share buy back or let the numbers speak for themselves we will find our true value as all stocks do.
