Yes he has been fired, shares suspended most the cash poorly and opaquely invested (£500m). They won’t come clean on the China revenue block as well. As your quite correctly state, this is a joke of a company. Most directors sold their percentages when the company floated and avoided apart from Sutarda family who clearly have no clue what’s going on when you look at their Director buys in the past year (Fools & their money eh). What a shambolic mess. I expect it to drop to about 50p once it’s all cleaned up and we need to clear out all the BOD, they will be complicit and if not not shouldn’t be in their jobs anyway….

Makes it much easier for any company looking to acquire THG so their phase 1 due diligence. The balance sheet being very key to setting up any auditing that is part of formal due diligence. We need another 2 Apollo’s to be interested and a nasty bidding war to get under way. Could see our SP go north of 200p if we are lucky. For those in at say 500p to 800p it’s a good time to average down at these prices.

Hi CheddarB - Been invested a few months back after the SP halved - I think it’s very oversold and don’t foresee a crash in UK property prices. I also like Vistry at its current price and yield also. (Cash is king).

It that much, my biggest holding is 450k shares in THG at ave price 77p. Hoping MM who pushed back on 170p take out as too low gets something just a little more than that and sells - The 170p offer was before a £500m loss from write offs so it’s touch and go - I think intrinsic value is around 180p let’s see.

I been buying on the dips and got my average price down to 93.6p but ended up buying 210,000 shares. Hope the dividend is retained at around 8.3%. I think it could double in 3 years and get back to where it was. Building, rental, student accommodation shortages - As long as it’s well run looks pretty safe anyway.

We went from £500m net cash to a net debt position. Almost no profit after tax and now the auditors won’t sign off the accounts. This is only for the brave and / or stupid - I’m out. (Very disappointing BOD should be shot - What a bunch of crooks.

Fair value circa 20p, previous highs of 50p. Now in 2 countries and adding outlets. Re-rating after next results likely. Sooo under the radar at the moment, won’t be forever. Looks like a strong buy at 10p

200p to 300p should say

We should see 170p by Christmas, can’t get that at the bank. Once a firm offer is published there is an outside chance of a bidding war so that could get us between 209p to 300p I feel.

No references regarding if they are making a net profit, although it looks like they are as they reference the share buy backs and debt reductions. So that’s all positive. I think we will see the SP rise after the results are published if no nasties inside the hard data.

In the meanwhile Gary I’ll enjoy an 8% return on my investment having just brought in….

1.8 million Director share dump this month. That’s an odd think to do for the fasted growing company of the year. Beware of it’s paid for media tips and ramping. Hope history proves me wrong here.

Don’t be a d**k. Like any household or business wages and growth are ultimately paid for out of real net profit or dilution. Cash is king and nothing - Tour obviously a novice investor — Had it ever occurred to you was the SP is so low? (Also the net losses are all missing from paid for by CNIC Edinson reports). As I said let’s see if it actually makes real profit, then you will see a rerating. I’m long and hoping to see a net profit this year but I’m realistic to the risks with AIM shares. None of them
Share their real challenges and downsides like most PLC’s and they’re not well regulated. (Why are the Directors not buying on mass huge volumes I wonder before the closed period). Mmmh

Well if they can actually make a net profit they would be well priced for upturn. Loss making past 2 years or so.

It was publicised as we know that MM pushed away a 170p offer last year. There is a lot of value to be released and for MM to take private maybe with the Qatarians and not be branded a complete Ahole I think he would need to offer 180p and I think that would be a fair price as there is a lot of latent valuations if split. Not much comfort for the 509p to 800p investors but a middle ground from current SP. What do others think about this scenario please?

Increased cash to £85m nearly double, so divi does look to be around 7 to 8% at current prices, share price halved - Completely oversold, could easily double in next 12 to 18 months.
