The BOD recommend it because they all lost credibility and will want to cut and run and crawl back in other companies as executives hoping this total lack of performance gets lost and doesn’t stick to them like jam - Time has a way of letting these types of people re emerge unfortunately. EBITDA is BS for earnings anyone investing on that metric is a numpty. PAT is the real earnings and real cash and that what pays for everything or goes to shareholders when it becomes repeatable and hence increases net cash.

Deloitte audit ECD: c. 30th April. Results will follow, they might do the 2 together or release the Deloitte firstly then results and they will share the results date as part of that announcement. More patience needed.

This is really good deal and at a huge premium to the current undervalued SP. As they say they can now convert these additional 90 branches into Domino’s with hardly any adds to their fixed costs and role out franchisees to catch up with Domino UK and accelerate the SP towards the UK over the next 18 months. Fantastic news for patient shareholders.

There is only an expression of interest from Sidara subject to the Deloitte audit report findings ECD End of April. There is no price per share offered at this stage. If the Delloitevreport is very bad Sidara will likely drop their offer and buy the oil related parts of the business from the administrators like BooHoo did on Debenhams (Shareholders lose all in this scenario). Hence as many sellers as buyers and the 40p SP right now.

Well we now know the big II’s that are able to now invest in THG per their trading covenants have completely ignored it. MM has even got this wrong regarding all the extra investors waiting in the wings for the 24th March. (Incredible arrogance and stupidity, doesn’t matter to MM it’s all about him, his investors are like flies on an elephants bum). Even when the markets up and we are get our listing we still fall against the positive trends.

Pearls - They really don’t need to buy, the ftse250 won’t make much difference at all to the SP. O ly good results and cash generation and MM saying it’s so prifitable or can pay dividends. You never responsibly pay dividends until debt ratio is less than 1. The II’s think MM is a snake oil salesman as all his predictions and promises etc are just based on increasing debt which happens when you can just about pay the banks within your agreed interest rate covenants. Next results do need to be really solid and generate a decent retained profit (aka net profit) or else MM and LL lose more credibility and they ain’t got much now as we know. So the normal ftse 250 buyers will need to see evidence in the next numbers now the split (theft) is completed.

Good Lord, the same product has been pedaled by Barder and co for nearly a decade now and it’s never hit the news or generated net cash. If it really worked it would be famous by now. I think it’s all a con and the company just continues to spin positive but misleading propaganda. I guess eventually it will dilute further or delist.

My tuppence worth: I do think Shorters use bots & media, tree shaking, scare tactics & anything else they can to drop SP’s why wouldn’t they. The problem is MM puts great big target on THG, doesn’t protect his investors that ultimately believe in him to run the company for all its owners (All us shareholders). So when he just becomes a nasty numpty like he seems to pleasure in he destroys value and the shorters have a field day (or many field days). I live in the hope he prides himself in being unpredictable and decides to be a wonderful CEO one day (I’m sure I’m wasting my emotions in the hope as Hope generally resides in Churches and other religious establishments). MA lost his shirt buying Debenhams shares then they declared bankruptcy and Boo hoo brought the name and what was left of Debs. MA is not as smart as he thinks he is. He tried to put an injunction on Debs administration and he made an all share offer but he was told too late and he lost a large investment sum. As we see Boo hoo etc are loosing him money as well.

It surprises me a lot that the shorts are not ow cashing and having to buy back their borrowed shares. We know the FTSE250 II’s can buy in to THG from 21st March. That in itself should cause an uplift to 40p ish I would think. Even if results are poor they won’t be out for months so to me I can’t fathom anyone would sit on any THG shorting EFD’s at this specific juncture in time. Anyone have any knowledge as the why?

Sad to see the delist, especially the PI’s that need to sell quickly or get 100% wiped out. The joys of little companies on AIM - Should be a law to protect from this sort of thing, sadly there is not.
