Clearly the same dude (or douche) over on ADVFN posting about pumps and dumps as “chicken dinner” since 5am. There’s only one dump and it’s in his nappy.

Be interesting to see what those exit points are. My feeling is that a lot of shares are in sticky hands now: can’t be many ten percenters left. Many LTHs are consciously hanging on to the end (I am: I’ve decided since day one I won’t sell until Dmitri does). The IIs aren’t gonna be selling. So who’s left? Where will the MMs get fresh stock from? And who will be selling as the price goes up when they know the real atom bomb could drop at any moment?

@Tricky: this is my feeling too, and fits with everything Mac has posted about the Monchgorsk Development Agency too. I can see that one option would be for EUA to sell MT and keep WK ticking over while expanding and mining the new assets. But surely now the company is both massive and massively derisked: the buyer(s) - and I think it will be buyers plural, in a massive consortium - have access to £200bn+ of metals at the start of a commodity super cycle as prices rise (so it could soon be £400bn) as well as exclusivity over expanding the entire area which is the very last of its kind in the world.

When you put it like that, £10-15bn up front is a steal. Everyone wins: Russia gets investment and jobs; the buyers swap a big chunk of cash for an absolutely gigantic asset on their balance sheets; other juniors see Russia as a place worth engaging in exploration; and our BOD sail off into the sunset with a 25-year project having culminated in making them billionaires.

All I keep thinking is: was the (pre-Alexei version of) Rowka right all along then?

I'm puzzled about Frankfurt, but in a different way: the RNS was only released at 5pm UK time (6pm Frankfurt) and the Frankfurt exchange actually closed half an hour beforehand. So was the rise there even connected to it?

How are those two kippers not affecting the SP?

Wow, that Kaz deal just makes me even surer that the whole reason we've been holding on in the FSP so long is because EUA really is going to be absolutely biblical.

I can't believe anyone is getting antsy about how long it's taking. The fact that the FSP - an expensive process for all concerned - is still occurring can literally only mean good things. Dmitry always said he wouldn't be rushed, as this is when mistakes happen. Every single day that PGM prices keep going up is another day that pressure is exerted on those bidding (and, for some of them, they really cannot afford not to buy EUA). I'm happy for it to take another year if it means extra billions personally.

Let’s not forget, it’s the LAST non-consolidated palladium okay. What does the last of anything - a seat on an EasyJet flight, a top-class striker at the end of a transfer window, or a case of finest claret from a top vintage - go for? That’s right. A lot more than the first or the one before it. It’s never-to-be-repeated. It’s a one-off. It’s gonna be a lot more than 50p.

Two questions that immediately come to my mind looking at 434,270 kipper:

1. Why didn't the MMs just roll it over to next week and keep quietly accumulating? Do they really need to balance the books at the end of the week?

2. If our buyer could only achieve a quarter of that order, does that mean there was no prospect of filling it even next week, and therefore the well is dry down here in the 20s? Ergo, we could well be moving up substantially on Monday.

Finish 28.8p according to Google... maybe so they can mark us red on Monday morning?

None of it matters, anyway. We've basically been held solidly between 26p and 30p for weeks, with the odd drop down to clear out stops. Good luck to anyone trading, but I'm quite happy to hold until the endgame. It can't be far away now.
