So 200m or so shares fully diluted if you count the warrants now pre-exercise. Those warrants are worth £400k in cash and it wouldn't surprise me if they were exercised fairly soon if the share price keeps going up. Add that to the current cash balance (£338k) + today's dilution and you have over £1m in potential cash runway, then whatever they receive from the handbag auction on top (i.e. their share of £500K+).
But who knows what that would go for? Surely £500K as a starting point is conservative, and they must have taken advice on this from the auction houses. So you've got the very first ever T-Rex handbag which some collector somewhere will be desperate to secure into posterity. With the right publicity and scrap between buyers, it could surely go for millions?
So, if you then add to all of that the tech and IP, the other product lines and the possibility of manufacturing high-end consumer goods with it, it's surely no great leap to get to a valuation of £10m or more initially, or 5p/share. Could be lots more if they get the pricing strategy right on the handbags. A Hermes Birkin goes for £10k-£60K each. So if you can sell 2500 T-Rex bags for £100K each, or 25,000 for £10K each, you're into hundreds of millions territory.
