A-Level Economics and Business Studies: A. Simple : A*! A good post asimple and all very encouraging for those who are not on AIM for a quick buck but spotted a potentially rewarding recovery opportunity. Trust DC has received apologies for some of the abuse he received particularly for StartArt and Frankfurt beginnings and pleasing that the prospects look good. I thank my grandchildren for their perspicacity and advice: dinosaurs are always a winner as are "inappropriately dressed" young ladies cavorting to loud music: sadly, won't be in attendance myself but look forward to reaping some benefit by summer '24 and grandchildren should receive double helpings of ice cream. ATB and thank you for your posts.
Another interesting post Bz: just what my grandchildren explained to me about a year ago while playing some daft car racing game but we all thought it was a very good idea, and especially if you could get that little dog running round the hoardings on the football game just like on T.V. They are looking forward to extra large ice-creams next summer.
Many thanks Bz: an interesting and informative post. Please keep them coming - a welcome (and refreshing) interlude found amongst the myriad of vile obscenities for which this BB seems to be unique in my very limited experience - and not that I tune into many. ATB and to all cogent LTHs. Oh, and best wishes to the Group: seems to be a rather more rational approach than banging out insults to one and all day in day out from the keyboard - though I understand that that can be a form of deep personal satisfaction or onanism. Must ask Mrs M.
Grandchildren like the tech too mc. But do heed Girdsy's shrewd and penetrating advice that this is jam tomorrow - well, not literally, but going forward as we say these days. And (my advice) don't take today's jam out of the larder where I trust it is maturing nicely as we move to 2024. ATB
Wadda: that is an unkind slur on chimpanzees! ATB!
Many thanks: another day of deeply erudite and valuable discussion. Where would us plain punters be without all this helpful advice............................... I will relay the "thoughts" to Mrs M in due course. Eagerly awaiting graphic repeats of the story so far from 8.00 am tomorrow and will probably hold for the weekend despite the abuse likely to be inflicted on a mere AIM punter who fanciesd a flutter on the prospects of a potentially successful project. As ever, ATBALTHs and Mr Draper.
Just popped in to see how the week went and to assess prospects. Rock Bottom (well, worth a watch in the view of my grandchildren) I feel referring to the level of "discussion" unless LSE change the rules and allow any obscenity and personal insult to be uploaded: some keyboards must need a new f key and probably a c when open discussion is allowed.
Thank you for the contributions but not very informative to be honest but will continue to look in occasionally.
Publican: who woke Girdsy up! ATB ALTHs and DC
Thank you MB: an interesting read. You might have noticed that I've been here since the early stages of recovery post the Chinese Plague thanks to Paddington Bear, Dinosaurs and the grandchildrens' advice : with holding confirmed when they informed me that K-Pop was young people cavorting onstage while "inappropriately dressed". Now that is always a winner with the punters! Trust DC will get loads of apologies for the vitriol received over Start Art and for the general abuse from the self-appointed minute by minute "analysts" (sic). Ice-cream time by July '24 I reckon. ATB
We sure will Girdsy: say 2024..........sweet dreams. And if still looking for a quickie try AW not AIM.
Well done Publican : you got rid of him. ATB (Hope he means it!)
Thank you Publican: some interesting posts. 'Fraid I can't give many marks for raising the vitriol and ire of the permanent residents of the Board though; we all receive that for even daring to add a comment! Intriguing to guess where we might be this time next year so look forward to comparing notes then. ATB
I agree with Wb Thordon: very interesting reads so keep them coming. Taking an interest in the Co to which you are invested particularly on AIM seems to me to be the whole point. ATB.
Very fair review 777: well worth the effort: thank you. A refreshing analysis of Bids and AIM. ATB.
Evnin MB10: an interesting day and worth the wait for us lths. Many thanks for your sage and sane inputs over the weeks and months which were all very welcome amongst the inane drivel which has tended to pollute the BB. Recovery is looking sound and the past decisions seemingly justified despite the vitriol heaped upon DC and anyone who gainsayed: a familiar trend these days I fear. Haven't yet seen the apologies due to DC and the Board and, sadly, don't expect many - nature of the beasts! Will continue to hold with interest and look forward to your contributions over the coming months. ATB
Please would someone at the AGM ask the very clever medical people if their present Questionnaire has a tick or cross box for "Are you at present taking any other medicines?" Might save another year's deep and complex research.
I would be fascinated to have the thoughts of the Broker who predicted £3-£5. Obviously a bit like Nostradamus and Mystic Meg: no come back: and should there be another trial I hope that the tick boxes include "Are you on any other medication". I am sure that lessons have been learnt going forward and wish RM well on his Conference Tour 2023. A postcard this year would not be too much to ask for those who donated 175p ps for flights, hotel, gratuities, round of ****tails in the pool bar. Occasional update from his P. A. could be scheduled with a map of destinations. SP would rocket.
The 15000 trade is a not a sell: who would sell now! I was topping up with a few more. ATBALTHs.
Conference Season 2023 approaching: RM will be tweeking his speech, brushing the mothballs out of the tropical gear, and going through the business cards collected throughout 2022. P.A. checking flights out of Soton and preparing RNS for announcement of the itinerary with list of Conference Chairman and VIPs so as to impress those who contributed to the last kitty at 175p and have heard f**** nothing since, not even a holiday snap. Rather bad manners to my mind.
Exactly what AIM is for Gidzy......today's jam is safe elsewhere but rather boring.
Many thanks Bzup: very interesting read. Way over the head of much of the drivel posted on here but the rationale for all LTHs - as reported by my grandchildren! ATB
Evnin Brighty: some interesting posts on the RNS so I will stay in for Easter too. Not sure some posters have actually read the RNS although as ever on these BBs they have a close, detailed and insider view of the future of the Company. It must be their way of getting rid of all their millions earned by shrewd investments elsewhere - presumably in Cos where revenue goes down since they certainly don't seem to enjoy the fact that in this case it has increased: an interesting alternative view of growth and investment for future gain.
