Very interesting article, lots of positives to take from it! The benefit to the economy far outweighs the minimal environmental risks of operations, safety has increased alot since Deepwater Horizon! I'd say this is happening no matter if its with this major or another its just a case of sealing a deal now, but if there allready paying for exclusivity it might prove just to hard to walk away from even if it means paying a bit more not to lose out to someone else? After all 'majors' wallets allready out on the table!...fill ya boots! :)
