Sellers footprints25 Mar 2023 10:29
We know Miles Pelham has sold over 15% of the company with him actually falling to zero on 24th Feb - that eases the selling pressure massively
But
Lombard are or were still selling (but selling to someone, likely MCM?)
Between 31st Jan & 27th Feb there was 875m shares traded & in that time Lombard sold 119.2m shares as confirmed in the 27th Feb RNS. This took their stake down to 4.47%
leaving lombard with 100m shares still to dump
On 17th March the company updated their website showing all holders at 3% or above. Lombard were not on that list therefore they are below 3%.
Since the RNS on 27th Feb, confirming LO held 100m shares, to present day 1,217 shares have been traded. Way more than the 875m that were traded between 31st Jan and 27th Feb and in which period Lombard dumped 119m
That says to me that they are highly likely to be fully out, along with the fact that none of the share volume since 24th Feb will have been used by Miles Pelham as he has already been confirmed as OUT.
100m shares as a percentage of the 1,217 shares traded = just 8%
Whereas
When they dumped 119m shares between 31st Jan and 27th Feb the 119 as a percentage against the 875m share traded volume was 14%
Very clear to see we will rise very quickly soon. Someone is accumulating these are PI's are now giving them away cheap out of fear. Ridiculous way to carry on
