The cash balance was 40.2m back in Oct and we're 6 months further on now
Cash absorbed by operating activities in 2021 was 8.8m giving cash burn of 700k/m roughly
Which would indicate current cash to be in the region of 36m then add on the 2m recently recieved and prob get to around 38m

£38m/734848668 shares = 5p per share

Current share price = 20p per share so there is 15p unaccounted for

How much of that you guys believe the partnerships are worth and revenue growth ect is up to you but those are the cold hard facts.

I am here because I am interested in AFC
I think this kind of tech is needed in the world
And one day I may invest here

At the moment with no visibility/transparreny around sales I am not prepared to put any money in as based of 2021 revs of less then 600k this is ludicrously valued
So I am taking my time and reading what you lot have to say and reading reports myself and trying to learn

I think they are reasonable questions to ask. I have also been called a con man a liar but everything I have written has been based on information from RNS's and company reports so it's more like some here have stockhome sindrome are in love or have brought into the hipe and not done there due diligence so just attack things they dont understand.

It is a serious issue that the auditors renumeration trippled in 2021

Given the auditors notes about potential for fudging the revenue figures I would be all over that if i was investor
Especially since CEO's salary exceeds companys revenues

the revenues they have reported are not even all cash

Great product lots of potential but theres seerious issues here so called investors are not getting to grips with

I make it about 11p a share for the cash and revenue and that's being generous
So there's almost 80m or 10p a share which is just hype hope and love
Surely as cash dwindles and hype with it this comes down in price significantly
No serious investor can be buying here expecting price to go UP
600k revenue (well half that but lets be generous and assume all 600k is cash) and a 150m market cap

We knew LO were under 3% on 17th march when company website was updated
We know there has been more than enough volume to take out the remaining 3% since then
And there was multiple prints of over £200k last week indicating the last of someones order
Its not a stretch to say sellers out now I dont think

See a lot on Twitter are starting to see the potential in this stock now
Definitely expecting a good rally in the near future on its way back up to fair value

In FY 2021 the company reported revenues of just £592,800
I see that this was all due to rental and no sales
I then see in note 5 that only £315,300 of this was cash
With 277,500 being "consideration in kind"
Could anyone explain what consideration in kind is please as it is not clear in the accounts
Just from reading a few RNS's I see the company tookon the former GM of Rolec EV 3 years ago as "National EV charging sales manager".
Is Mr Pollard still in this roll
and if he is what are peoples thoughts on his performance?

Q4 update was exceptional

We still had 2 huge holders selling for there own needs which has dragged SP down

This is trading under its net asset value unlike some of these inferior stocks like boohoo where fast fashion is on the decline and the assets on there balance sheet would go for 90% discount in a fire sale - who wants 2019's T shirts for example

You dont make money by buying a share like boohoo now after it has rallied from around 34p to 60p in a few months and you can see bearish RSI divergence in play and a series of macro headwinds such as slowdown in consumer discretionary spending coupled with increasing competition from the likes of Shein.

You make money by buying when everyone else is selling and the SP is around the bottom. Indicators of this include bullish RSI divergence and increasing buy volume plus things like TR1's indicating the people who have been selling are out.

Look at weekly chart
The sell candles are getting smaller & smaller and volume is decreasing
See where we finish today, potential hammer candle is possible

On the daily TF you can clearly see bullish RSI divergence in play as well as the ema's flattening off as price bottoms
It looks to me like the chart is ready to turn
New ISA season might see an influx of new money here as well

Boo is overvalued at 100x gross profit especially when it's making a 4m loss and expecting double digit revenue declines and negative free cashflow
It also doesn't have assets on the balance sheet anywhere near as substantial as WBI in relation to its current market capitalisation.

Boohoo is a turd and attracts amateur turd investors like yourself who think its cheap based on looking at its historic valuation
