I broght this for a trade but have been looking at fundamentals
to see if worth holding for longer
Compansy only worth holding if profitable or close to profitable in my view
I carnt work out where woodbois is on that regard
This one off "gain" as the company put it is not actually cash so is a accounting anomaly

Can anyone answer simple question of when will company be breakeven or generating cash
because it looks to me like they are acoule of years away yet
meaning dilution will be needed to keep them going

Revenues Losses before tax
2019 - 19.5m -1.9m
2020 - 15.3m -4.2m
2021 - 17.5m +90.7m ??????
2022 - 23.1m TBC

How do these make 90.7m that has got to be some anomaly
So it is not clear if company are making money or not
Can anyone explain

On the P&L account for 2021 it says they made a profit of 90.7m
That carnt be right

I see the company is growing and EBITDAS and margins and revenue is up
This is good
But bottom line is company proitable
Because it doesnt look like they are or will be any time soon?

Thanks so is it plausible that the only reason they made a profit of 15k in the last half year was because timber prices went through the roof
But now have fallen considerably it looks like this remains loss making
Do people agree
The valuation based on net assets looks attractive
But if they not turning those assets to cash
then whats the point i guess?

They dont need cash until October ish

they may as well just get on and raise

But not adding until this gets sorted
I think they raise 3m at 1p is not the end of the world

Because working capitol includes inventory n stuff so not as liquid as just cash
This is my concern now I look deeper
But I still think the rumours are BS

The only way they will need a placing if there is a cashflow problem
Looking at liabilities and cash ect and using quick ratio
Then they do look vulnerable on that front
But is it realistic that they suddenly have to pay up there liabilities
I dont think so hence i am holding still

Been looking in more detail this morning
From 2021 accounts:
Net cash used in operations = 2.5m = 200k/month (assume 250k now due to inflation ect)
They had cash of 2.3m on balance sheet at end Dec
Gives them roughyly 10 months cash runway so until October
Would want to get a fundraise sorted with a few months to go
So expect it in maybe August not now
I dont know where rumours have come from

Obviously wasnt enough stock for our big buyer at 1.6p

Drop price
Hoover up
AIM is so corrupt

Clearly people panic now
Whilst those that started rumour sit back and mop up

These have assets of over 300m on the balance sheet
And working capital of over 10m

Company are growing very quickly
They even made there first operational profits from HY accounts
And are growing since
If the bucket was out woud there be a institution seriously loading up like they are doing

If they write off Azerion money that would also be fine
As means they moving on and no legal fees
If they settle out of court that would also be fine as brings money into BIDS
What is not fine is the ongoing uncertainty
Market wants to know where BIDS is and where it is going
it is time for delivery they bored have ramped it for years
Thankfully I only been here a short time and have a low enough average I cant really loose
but for others this must be infurainting

It is going to take more then a few fancy presentations to get this moving
