I think it’s time that the company organize a shareholder event in London to address the. concerns expressed on these pages -principally the Karo project and the solar power project.

Hi Sotolo -the independent expert reports now gives an NPV of circa $83 million that could increase or decrease due to a number of variables -it is not the true NPV of Karo as the calculation excludes the $137 million already spent so unless the factors increasing the NPV occur the overall NPV of the project including the money already spent is negative -seems a big gamble spending another $350 million approx -not sure if this is the best use of shareholders funds

Hope the Birdman does not have an Icarus complex and flies too close to the sun.

Any reasonable offer for an asset must be presented to shareholders this time and not brushed under the carpet as previously rumored

Copper is up in dollar terms but consideration should also be given to the weakening dollar -now just under 1.34 to the pound

I have also been critical of JLP (recently about the low profitability to 31/12/2024)-but can you name me a CEO who can control the weather,a country’s power supply,supply chains and currently the yellow Buffon in the Whitehouse.

At least plans seem at last to be coming togeather at Jubilee and there are concrete plans to increase production (recent RNs re PGM joint venture and higher copper feed material) and cash flow boast (recent RNs re sale of 10 million tons of surface waste material )

What is the plan here -does actually anyone know-seems to be to do virtually nothing gambling that the copper price might explode. -hence rumors that Bird is turning away interested parties

The chrome price is doing well but a combination of low PGM prices and the Karo project is anchoring the shareprice well below balance sheet net asset value.

The “exciting plans” re Tharisa underground mining is yet another drag on cash resources.

The only catalyst for a material shareprice rise is a significant price increase in the PGM basket price -which we are continually told is coming but never arrives

South Africa and Zambia are separate operations -there is however nothing to stop the profits from SA being invested in the Zambia operation -every company in the World that operates in different countries will move funds between them to enhance overall profitability

Agree Shuvlin -it nearly happened during the election campaign but the guy was not a good shot.

Hopefully reality will hit Trump’s inner circle this weekend and the senate/house of representatives will do something -although unlike the UK I don’t think a political party can remove it’s leader

Unfortunately there is now a huge problem here (as with other shares)-the orange Buffon in the Whitehouse -if any deal was near I fear that it will have to be renegotiate to take account of the tariffs and the knock on effects.-

Not doing any deals last year May come back to bite investors in a big way-copper futures down over another 5% today-holding out for a few dollars more is not always the best action

We had Covid,Putin,supply problems,power shortages and now we have the Orange Buffon in the White House determined to crash the World Economy .
