Nothing has been achieved here in terms of shareholder value in the last year despite certain posters telling us a deal is close and a lot of things are going in the background.

Like Trump.Putin and Netanyahu perhaps it is time For Bird to stand aside so that genuine progress to be made here

Seen it all know -There is a cause for celebration because Bird has not crashed the shareprice here as much as some other companies.

How long to any shareprice enhancing news? weeks,months or more likely years.

Trouble is Bird flips around from company to company failing to deliver as yet on any (except one years ago) -time for a fulltime CEO here to make things happen

Glr currently produces no copper at all at present from “those simple open pits” -think this applies to all his companies but please advice if incorrect.

Still no monetarisation of assets

You’re 100% correct BS -the company will start to run out of money if it just keep digging holes without generating any income/revenue.

If we come to this point Bird will just get out his confetti machine and issue hundreds of millions of shares for peanuts.-par for the course for Bird run companies -total disregard for shareholders’ interests.

Will we have weeks of speculation until the details of the proposed sale are published .

Very bad management to announce the sale without publishing the details in full.

Meanwhile PGM prices continue to move upwards

We are in a super cycle here of a stagnated shareprice and lack of progress in monetizing any of the company’s assets

Probably more chance of an Ukraine/Russia peace deal next week than any news here.

Just look at rhodium price on metals daily 5800 oz-palladium up 3.5% and platinium 2.5%.

Shuvlin -I agree to a certain point but my concerns are

1-the SA operation disposal price seems to be low compared to the money spent in developing it with PGM prices recovering.

2-Proceeds being received over an extended period -what happens if the purchaser encounters financial problems.

3-Why are the proceeds up to $90 million -what is the minimum

4-Is the SA debt being transferred to the purchaser.

5–Would like to see Zambia works “at scale” before going “all in” there -what are the margins-are the recent purchases providing good margins

6-Continued share dilution despite sale of part of huge waste pile

Shuvlin -we have a mature profitable business in SA which we are apparantly selling at a discount to book value with proceeds receivable over an extended period.

Pgm prices are just beginning to rise -hence SLP have new income streams coming online

Also hold SLP.

Share buybacks,dividends,sticks to budgets,delivers projects within stated time scales,low number of shares in issue and does not issues shares like confetti.

Compare and contrast to JLP

Any sensible deal would have a provision to share in any uplift in PGM prices.

PGM prices continue to rocket this morning -have Jubilee made their worst strategic decision to date?

Why the 31% discount to book value ?-shows how low sale price is-no goodwill

$50 million cash profit by 2028 -if PGM prices continue to increase the SA operation could generate more than this on it’s own

We should have been producing 25000 tons of copper by now if original time scales had been kept too.

So far 10 of millions spent to produce very little copper and still issuing shares like confetti.

Now selling profitable part of business for a pittance as PGM price is recovering

I agree with the strategy -I just think the sale price is far too low bearing in mind the PGM market outlook -$150-$200 million and I think most would be happy -hopefully there could be a counter offer

On Jubilee could announce a sale of a PGM business at a rock bottom price on the day PGM prices rocket.

Most analysts see higher PGM prices over the short to medium term-if the increases continual the purchaser will earn enough to pay for the”upto $90 million” in under two years.

Look at SLP and Tharisa share prices today -if the fire sale had not been announced today the shareprice would probably increased more!
