Dear Lord, it’s emotional talking on this board the last few days. People clearly aren’t reading the posts, only seeing what they perceive as a small negative sentence, but not reading the rest of the paragraph.

I commented on the production capacity at MT and how immense it is:

At 1000Koz and an AISC of $325/oz, we’re talking of an EBITA well over $1billion with today’s current prices.

People have been saying £1-£2 per share, whilst I personally think it’s slightly high in a sale, I was saying that heading the production route and activating the SS deal would eventually give us higher returns than this. I’ve been here for 5 years and am not in a hurry to sell-up.

You can’t discuss anything on this board anymore! If you’re not talking about a £1/share deal people don’t want to hear it.

I think we’ll see a change once the dividends start flowing. For me, this is definitely a long term hold. The rate they’re increasing is phenomenal. Even if it takes another couple of years, the share price will eventually start rising from its current levels.

What is with this board the last week! Since we’ve returned to trading, anything that isn’t saying “we’re going to get £2 per share when a deal goes through” is seen as an attack on the share price.

I’ve been saying since October they should go it alone at MT. Beast I understand and agree with your point, but a couple of the recent additions to the BoD do have that experience and EUA had said early last year that they would increase the size of the board prior to activating the Sinosteel agreement. My point was, just think of the returns of going it alone in comparison to a sale, which as I said I’ve been saying since Oct and through the suspension... Just seems now it’s classed as deramping for some reason!

No, that’s the problem, they ARE going to sell. I was saying that no offer will come anywhere near the value if we were to go it alone. The BoD have very large stakes here and some been on the BoD for a very long time. They want to see an immediate return on their long investments and hard work. Unfortunately for the BoD it wouldn’t go down well with shareholders if they were to start selling-up their shares in the future, so for them to achieve value for their investments they are going to ensure a sale goes through (provided we actually get an offer and it isn’t sub-standard).

It’s a good little summary that. As nice as it would be for us to sell-up, just reading that again reiterated what I’ve always said, EUA need to bring MT to production themselves. At 1000Koz and an AISC of $325/oz, we’re talking of an EBITA well over $1billion with today’s current prices. The chances of an offer anywhere near $5billion is slim to none but once at full capacity this value could be achieved within 5 years and a chunk of the proceeds passed back to the shareholders through a dividend.

I’d never grumble with a sale going through as it will likely generate a nice profit for me. However, part of me will always think ‘long term I would have been better off if EUA had only gone it alone’.

Didn’t see this RNS this morning. Was a nice little surprise to see us in the top risers list.

Good update and another solid performance. You can’t help but think anything sub 4p is an absolute bargain still.

Just to name 4 that I’m invested in: Ironveld, Jangada, Vanadium Corp and First. I’m sure there’s a few others.

I’m not sure of your point here. The long term average is over $30 which is higher than today’s price? Plus, the Vanchem was going through at during the Vanadium spike a couple of years ago, so yes they do buy during spikes it would seem?

EUA cost to production is sub $150m, which they already have funding in place for, so I don’t understand your point here either?

I’m not here to get into an argument about BMN. It was only a couple of days ago I was saying that in a few years time someone’s entry price of 30p will likely seem a bargain. My point was that you can’t compare BMN with EUA as they are completely different.

I admit it does break me a little everytime LC has an interview and just spouts out ‘we’re making good progress on the PPA’s’. Surely one day this “progress” will actually come into something.

I’d like to think the BoD are actually doing something at the moment whilst we wait for financing. It would be nice to have an update on what exactly.

Ah well, not long until we start production and not long after that until the JORC is released. Good times ahead.

The same thing was posted on EUA’s board, so from going by your logic would mean it’s aimed to be a negative / de ramp of EUA.

I’m intrigued as to when we’re going to hear some more news on the JV. Moreso the anticipated time frame of receiving the money.

I’m heavily invested in both and you really can’t compare the two. Palladium has absolutely skyrocketed the last couple of years and is in short supply. Vanadium is on its knees, with junior miners popping-up left, right and centre.

In a realistic comparison of the true value of the assets, EUA are likely going to achieve £750m as a minimum should a sale be achieved. Here, being realistic, we would do well to sell our assets for the value on the balance sheet.

I know a few won’t the above but it’s a realistic assessment.

It’s been like this for a long time. I’m sure interest will pick-up slightly if finance gets confirmed at the end of the month. I’m holding out long term though, with so few shares in issue, when the company is finally in a position to start paying out dividends this will absolutely fly. Just keep in mind their plan in 5 years to be producing 100k oz. That is a huge sum for a company with an mcap of £15m and only 388m shares issued. I look in once a day to see if there’s any updates but this is one share to just lock in a cupboard for a few years and avoid selling.

Clueless, I don’t get your point? That post related to people trading the shares, which I was replying about people with substantial holdings would be brave to have traded and be out over the weekend. It doesn’t have anything to do with people new to EUA buying in for the first time over 20p, which was what my original post was about...

Why is everyone getting so uptight about me advising people new to EUA to exercise caution buying in for the first time now the share price has jumped up. It appears there’s a lot of very selfish people here that would happily spout out ridiculously high sale prices and not care at all if someone bought-in at a higher price than an offer may come in.

Note, I’ve never said we’ll sell for a low value and have frequently said my personal view is somewhere around 50p for a sale. Even having done years of research here, there’s no guarantee that anyone will even make an offer anywhere near that figure.

The post wasn’t negative, which I even said it wasn’t a de-ramp. There’s a lot of people throwing ludicrous figures around with no substantiation. Even little things like using sale values of working mines and the just going pro-rata that sale price with the amount of Pd MT has. A sale isn’t going to go through on that basis.

I was just saying if you’re new to EUA don’t be a deer in headlights just looking at the figures people are throwing around.

lol no rag I haven’t sold any. I’ll be holding on until we get an offer in. My personal view is that we’ll probably go for around 50p, but alternatively unlike manyI would also be content if they said only one firm offer came in and it was for 15p.

As I said, it’s not a de-ramp as I’ve been here for years and plan on staying longer, but keep in mind the BoD will be selling MT no matter what. They have large holdings and have been here for years. I was purely just mentioning the higher this goes, the more risk there is that you may not get a positive return if you’re buying-in now.
