It still baffles me how under the radar we seem to be. It reminds of BMN when I was in that first time around. Hopefully BMV can replicate the same success.

Looking at gold prices recently, it’s averaging $100 increase each quarter. If it continues and everything goes to plan, it will genuinely be on $2000/oz at the time of production.

Considering we’re expecting the final 2 shipments within the next 10 days you’d have to be a brave man to be trading these share right now. News could drop that may put us passed .30p, if not a lot higher and you’d be kicking yourself for a long time to come if you were out at the time the sp jumps.

I was reading an article the other day on Bloomberg about Cineplex. They’re struggling financially at moment and it reiterated as you’ve said, that it’s value is currently C$540m, down from C$2.1b this Feb. It said they’re also going to need to raise C$250m by the end of Aug to pay off existing debt.

As much as having a lawsuit hanging over Cineworld is bad news. Continuing with that deal would have put CINE in financial ruin. The balance sheet would have shown an astronomical loss.

Just think, when production gets to 100k oz, each $100 increase is another $5m profit to BMV.

Only a few more weeks until we find out what’s going on with the funding too. I’m keeping all my fingers and toes crossed everything goes to plan!

No I’m with Jarvis. I know a few with II accounts have had this frequently throughout. Mines been at £0.00 from the day of suspension until today. Is a little odd.

My trading account has had EUA valued at £0.00 since the day we were suspended. Today it’s got a value against it (the suspension price). Was a nice little surprise when I logged-in.

It might be nothing, just seems very odd that it would randomly appear now. I wonder if we’re going to start trading again?

On the bright side, the higher we are before news drops, the higher it will go once news arrives. Hopefully we’ll get a bit closer to 3p before we hear anything.

It’s amusing how he doesn’t report any positive news related to it. For instance New York and New Jersey, 2 of the 3 worst hit states by Covid are recording some of their lowest daily figures since the pandemic began.

Now if he reported the positives along with the negatives, his longing to keep this share price low wouldn’t be so obvious. Thankfully, the readers of this board only make-up a minute fraction of CINE’s shareholders, so his constant negative news will never actually have any effect on the share price.

His numbers make me laugh. I’m sure I remember as soon as we hit 90p he had made £70k profit, but now says he sold out at 93p for £60k. What happened to your extra £10k when the share price went up? Plus, considering you only appeared on here a little over a month ago when the sp was near 60p you must have made a hefty investment to make £60-70k profit with around a 30p rise.

If you have a ‘Plus’ account, the membership duration has just been added on. If you have an unlimited membership and pay monthly, the payments stopped on 17th April. They’re resuming again inline with the opening date this month. Effectively, Cineworld has lost a little less than 3 months of revenue from Unlimited members. That’s in the UK. I’m not sure how it was was handled in the US as each state has been handled individually.

Investeroid, you talk about the US and Covid quite a lot, so I’m assuming you realise that the number of cases are dropping rapidly in the states where it first surfaced. The current highs are due to the southern only recently heading towards the peak. It isn’t as though it’s a second wave of the virus. The numbers are just because the southern states with high populations never actually peaked previously. It will only be another 2-3 weeks (if not less), that all southern states will have passed their pandemic peaks and will be on a decline.

I don’t like bursting bubbles but £1/share equates to $3.4 billion, after fees and taxes etc. That’s some bloody good negotiating by the BoD if they can achieve those sort of prices and can find anyone with that sort of cash!

We’ve always been up and down, even well before any news of financing or Covid. It seems to go through patterns of numerous buys like we had 2 weeks ago, then sell offs like we had last week, then buys again. I used to put it down to traders but the wide spread we’ve always had wouldn’t warrant trading as even on the drop you’d be buying back in for near enough the price you sold.

I’m not saying 1p is going to happen, but we jumped up to .5p in Oct just of the back of the finance news. 1p wouldn’t surprise me though once production results start coming in and on receipt of positive news from other assets.

I’ve seen many figures and valuations over the months. The most realistic one still being the broker note that was on EUA’s website...

Obviously there’s still a lot of variables ie bidding wars or even a lack of interest, but ultimately we’re only worth what another party can afford or is willing to pay.

As for myself, being in at 0.45p, I’ll be content with anything over the suspension price, very happy with anything over 20p and over the moon with anything over 30p.

Having been in since 38p and watch it rise and fall constantly. The sharp increase from 70p to 100p was when the majority of the globe were confirming they had gotten over the peak of the pandemic. The latest drop came off the back Covid hitting the southern states of the US. Nearly all markets took a drop. Once Texas, Florida and California have hit their peaks and start seeing a noticeable drop this will likely start to rise more promptly again. Cinemas in the US and the rest of the world will also be open by then which will likely also make a big difference in sentiment.

Placings aren’t ideal but it has got the company into the position they are in today; going into production at the end of the month. A lot of exploration companies never get this far. The placings are just collateral damage.

I’ve seen a couple of companies suspend during negotiations. Each time they have either remained suspended until an offer accepted at an EGM or have lifted the suspension and announced an offer price, which the market opened share price slightly below the offer price.

EUA could lift the suspension now but it would be unusual. Announcing an initial offer and have the mcap driven up would be advantageous if you were negotiating with additional parties. It would be very surprising to see EUA come back on to the market anytime soon.

It’s purely just time with VRFB’s. You’ve got to keep in mind many of the installers around the UK for renewables have only fairly recently started using Li. Out of the 10 or so I subcontract out to, all are currently using Li and most installing Tesla products too. However, once word of mouth gets out more about VRFB’s I think a lot will start converting. As a company we’re getting more and more clients interested in renewables each year. The bigger it gets, the more suppliers will start popping up and I’m sure some of the newer ones in a few years time would opt for the use of VRFB over Li.

Yes many people have said it over the last few months but as Damo said it makes no difference as is a completely different stock. The sentiment is obviously on the same thing, so if one rises, provided there’s a reason behind the rise, the other likely will.
