It's all mischief...all mischief... I was holding 5m at some point here and the constant buzzer was how mandiana is a tier 1 gold asset... Now we give it up for nothing and are being told it's all good since we are a shell now and people are basically waiting outside to reverse t/o SMA at current Mcap of £5m C'mon! Monarch

Maybe you should read the rules then... So you are telling me that this company is worth it's current Mcap of £5m? Monarch

You should well know that AIM rules forbid to talk about other shares on bb's and I play by the rules. I'm not saying it's not going to happen and all that...all I'm saying is that can't see the current Mcap be the foundation for that. As it stands right now, SMA has an AIM listening, a couple of 100K in the bank and a BOD that could have a couple of contacts... Sorry to say, but that's not worth millions from where I see it... And how much is that worth, levistubbs? SMA is also not the only shell on AIM so that entity can also bargain their power. I just don't see SMA being worth the current Mcap so that needs to come down by A LOT...don't you think? Monarch

Had 5M @ .55 avrg but was one of the sellers over the last couple of days to hold now 2M. Still want to be sure that this isn't a classic pump and dump but certainly interested what the new management can bring to the table which is why I will hold onto the remaining 2M. Monarch

that the people are selling here today are making some profit as it wouldn't make sense (IMO) otherwise. The Co finally announced that they are back at the negotiation table and even in advanced talks so in theory it should be upwards from here whenever news on that lands. Oh well... Monarch

The declared already in the last RNS that they booked it at zero value...financial language. the interesting piece is in the word ADVANCED on negotiation update. Following careful investigations, and having taken considerable specialist professional advice, the Board has reached detailed positions and is in advanced discussions with potential parties on both our Guinean interests, currently carried in the books at nil value, and on a potential new acquisition in the mining industry.
