ian67, thank you for your input. Just to set expectations for the voting, you don't have to agree with the groups decision as the vote is down to each individual but hopefully and I also mentioned that the AGM's voting is not the primary focus for the group. Monarch

Hi all, as promised, here is an update on the investor group. After having the opportunity to listen to some of your input and also talking to a couple of my investor friends/ consultants, I believe the best way this investor group can become of value to us is as following. - get a critical mass of over 5% in order to be taken serious by the BOD and be able to call a EGM in the future - in order to not jeopardize the strategic review, keep CH in post but have the 5% in order to call for a EGM in case it falls through and act immediately after, therefore prepare for it - have specific questions collected for the AGM and work as a group to not let CH/ CC off the hook with superficial replies (the group dynamic shall create a challenging environment for the BOD) General feedback was that the BOD basically has done all they could by announcing the SD after not being able to pull it off themselves, but given the asset, it would be stupid to jeopardize the SD at this stage as it would hamper the development and therefore the value creation for shareholders in the short and medium term. Happy to receive feedback here and if people are still interested to go ahead. Monarch

Rosewall, again, stop these false accusations! The group hasn't even started and you make already criminals out of it! I have been probably one of the first on here to question CH's leadership after the famous "Vodafone" remark and have not held him in high regard since, but this groups (my) intention is not to make this just about sacking CH. Has it merit, I think so, will it be discussed, sure it will, will it help to solve the issues at hand, I don't know but so do you. I will work close with people interested in getting the BOD to engage in meaningful interactions and as long as that's the case, I will continue to be engaged...if I see this turning into something criminal, I will leave it and my guess is that many will so too. This is about pi's trying to have a bigger saying and influence on the BOD...nothing else, even if you keep your conspiracy theories alive. Monarch

stockdale, fully agree on not making this an angry bunch of people lashing out on the BOD. Of course I am (we are) frustrated and want to let the BOD know about it, but we will also challenge them to be more transparent and forth coming. My intention is to strike a balance of clearing the air of old issues and motivating the BOD to engage with shareholders more proactively. All good intentions that need to be taken into actions but at least i'm trying to get the ball rolling as I just can't stand the status quo anymore. Monarch

DBC, it's not an action group a la BMD, it's an investor group where shareholders can unite to hold the BOD accountable for their actions, something they are not today. Everybody who got in contact, thanks for your engagement and trust. After a slow start, it looks like many are at least interested to see what this could look like. More to come... Monarch

stockdale, fair enough. I understand your concern and wouldn't engage under normal circumstances either. But i'm tired of sitting on my hands and see the BOD not managing the Co as I would like them which is why I will try something new with the investor group. Hopefully over time ppl will see a positive influence and decide to join. Monarch

tony, new, thank you for your engagement and trust. I guess it comes down that we all want to see a return on our investment. My understanding is, we would need 3% of total shares in issue to call an EGM although I don't see this as a necessity right now with the AGM coming up but it would be good to know we have the needed mass if required at some point. As for the questions, that will be part of next weeks engagement. I'm thinking of ways best to collect them (shared web solution)...all ideas are welcome. Monarch

Just to be clear on the investor group...this is NOT supposed to be a group that just votes CH and/or CC out at the AGM. Everybody will need to do that on their own. The group is to be meant to challenge the BOD (current or future) to come clean on issues such as PG11 and the ongoing IPPC delays but not limited to that. Ideally the group will reach a critical mass to also be able to call an EGM if necessary for whatever reason (not just oust the BOD). Being well organized as shareholders shall help us all. Monarch
