Other on line retailers have a Share price multiples of NAV, for example HOTC we’re recently x10… and despite its SP cliff fall from £5 to £1.40 it is still x4 Nav.
I Agree a lot of companies have a current SP under NAV, but with almost a £ $ parity some will be a takeover target.
I regularly drive past the Wine society, an online retailer and they are currently doubling the size of warehouse capacity.
If this dips into the 70s I’ll take a few.

Something is holding us back…. As soon as we touch 35.5 the sells knock it back down. The days of multi bagging pre spud are no longer with us. But, Thankfully the proximity of Gazania so close to the shell/total discoveries provides us shareholders with some reassurance of a successful outcome…

Due to recent events in the UK and conflicting travel schedules, Eco Atlantic (AIM: ECO, TSX - V: EOG) , the oil and gas exploration company focused on the offshore Atlantic Margins, is postponing the investor evening planned for Monday, 19 September 2022 and the Investor Meet Company Presentation on 20 September 2022.



The Company plans to reschedule these events to take place early in Q4 2022, the dates for which will be announced in due course.

At times I wonder if the old ship metro is being steered by Sir Duffield! get this back to £1.30 so I can disembark.... without the need for a life vest...!

Ex- div today. This is propping my isa up nicely. The last few years dividends have covered my initial share purchases so now on free carry. Happy to keep holding as events in Madagascar unfold.

It would probably help some people, me included, if a value in $ was published in the rns releases for the targets. For oil drills it’s very easy to calculate a drill target resource value against cos (chance of success) but with the miners it’s a bit of a mind twist trying to fathom out the values….. if the layman knew COBR have a REE/gold resource target of say $100m it would certainly be a trigger for the SP….

I dont follow your thinking......RNS this week states....."As previously reported, Eco and its JV partners are committed to further drilling on the Orinduik Block and, with its JV partners, are assessing all opportunities available to drill at least two exploration wells into the light oil cretaceous targets as soon as practical. The Company is fully aligned with its JV partners on careful target selection based on the reprocessed 3D and the block and nearby oil discoveries for the next drilling campaign and Eco expects to be able to update the market on further drilling plans in due course.
