This area of the business has seen a material transformation in outlook with the announcement of the agreement with Morepen (announced on 13 March 2024) to sell products containing SlimBiome® under the Dr Morepen brand. This is an established, well known, and trusted brand in the Indian market and represents a material step forward for the Company’s products in the Indian market. OptiBiotix will receive revenue for both the ingredient and final product sales with the first order received in May 2024 of over £175K for delivery and launch in Q3 2024. The initial launch planned for Q3 2024 will involve five products with subsequent launches later in the year and at the start of 2025. Based on Morepen’s current forecasts this agreement could contribute in the region of £6-7 million revenue per annum to OptiBiotix in the next four to five years as announced on 13 March 2024.

The Board believe these agreements, plus other partner launches planned for Autumn 2024, the upcoming launch of products with Morepen, and reorder of products with Apollo pharmacies could contribute significant revenues and bring profitability to this part of the business in 2024.

announced in conjunction with Morepen and associated the marketing activities. As announced on 13

March 2024, based on Morepen’s current forecasts, this agreement could contribute in the region of £6

- £7 million revenue per annum to OptiBiotix by the fifth year of the partnership.

I have been waiting for someone/anyone to comment on the fact that Opti's holding has remained at 24940639 from 12 Mar 24 to 16 Oct 24 despite the numerous posts speculating or in fact stating that they have been selling over the period and more recently and even now it continues (perhaps they have sold some since 16 Oct)

Current AIM Rule 21 is being deleted in its entirety (together with the associated definitions of “deal” and “unpublished price sensitive information”). However, a revised Rule 21 is being introduced which requires AIM companies to have a dealing policy in place in relation to their directors and applicable employees. The definition of “applicable employee” is being narrowed for these purposes to cover only any PDMRs that are not also directors. D Mail - For all the wrong reasons unfortunately

Life sciences company Optibiotix Health said finance boss Graham Myers will leave on November 30.

This follows a 21.3pc fall in revenue to £280,000 in the first half of the year.

Conflict with the management of Probiotix, where Optibiotix is a major shareholder, damaged the AIM-listed company's shares earlier this month, with the exit of Myers adding to the slump.

Shares yesterday lost 7.2pc 0r 0.8p to 10.25p
