RayG - why do you think Luke Bryan is not subject to holdings RNS's ? He's a technical director, so must surely be a PDMR.

Two former directors of the Company, have today each exercised options over 1,066,470 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 1.25 pence per Ordinary Share.

thetank - the board own 77% of the company. They won't blink an eye at some dilution that still leaves them with a significant holding. I would prefer to see some of that 77% transferred to a solid II.

They spent $275k per month last year, so with $800k in the bank at the end of 2017 they'll need to do a placing soon. As a holder here, let's hope they get some good news out first !

And note that neither WH or RP took part in the placing. Will watch this one from the sidelines.

With �200k in the bank at year end and the directors not drawing salaries, they won't need a placing unless they have something to spend it on. Watch for a special CB deal to move the project forward!

Let's hope the revenue growth is already being achieved to support the extra costs. Hopefully, we'll find out soon.

It may be because some platforms are only allowing closing of trades in Kennedy at the moment and have not set a market for buying Kazera yet. This is the case with IG today.

Hi Manicminer22. I don't think it's possible to determine the fully diluted share count as each CLN conversion into shares is share price dependent. I'm tracking the amounts converted and so far these are �300k, �100k, �75k & �50k leaving �1.275m outstanding. Obviously we don't know if the conversions will translate into share sales but it seems likely. I'm putting more money into WRES until things become more clear here.

I had indeed missed something, and I finally found it on pages 447/8 of the AIM admission document. The 543m new shares issued at the time were to cover the 20% interest payable on the CLNs. So the interest was paid upfront and was subject to the 300-1 consolidation. What we're seeing now is the repayment of the �1.8m

Need some help here please. In Jan & June 2017 CLN's were issued which would result in 543m new shares being issued on conversion. As far as I can see, only 7m have been converted so far. Given that there are only 208m shares in circulation today, are we going to be diluted to approx 744m shares? Have I missed something?

The only current director/management shareholding I can find is Gregory Kuenzel with 347,467. Is that it? If so, it doesn't show much commitment. Have I missed something?

Correct on JL & CT. Start with BioProgress and then Papillon. What I can't fathom is why would the other board members have anything to do with them.

Thanks rhug. I've done my research into PPG and wouldn't touch this with a bargepole. I can't believe anyone would invest in this with the history of some of the current board members. Good luck.

rhug - where did you get your info re. 4.68% as of Aug 2017 please? Last TR-1 I can find is Aug 2015. If Chelverton still own 33,333,334 shares, then they should be listed as a significant shareholder on the PPG website. Does anyone recall if they were listed previously?
