I was under the impression MNR was to be taken over,maybe not correct.Yes several real estate firms well down,the worst are usually for good reason,for example Cap,and Regional has only about 2 months left of its capital safety net.Pending negotiations.Others like Warner and Workspace.You could make a lot on these but equally lose it.I would imagine apart from the obvious LAND and BLND which are too big not to do well,that the best would be ones which are not too small and had doine very well in the past-Liberty Init. GOPR,Hammerson,Derwent.even Daejan.Then DTZ. Shaftesbury had recent good reports.Town Centre though much is family held.DYOR.
