It's only Borders that value past costs as an asset on the balance sheet. Any incoming company might just value past costs at zero. It's just a paper exercise.

The share price around that time was 50p.

Ever since that date he has been very negative about RKH. I wonder why?

"Confirmation of the closed minutes of the meeting held on 24th September and the extraordinary meeting of 15th October 2025:

15.1 The minutes were confirmed as correct."

However, £0.3m has been moved to the capital budget for the "heliport design".

As far as I can see, the 2013 plan had no facility to issue shares. I can only think it's a typo and it's meant to read the 2025 Long term incentive plan.

Or something big is happening and the employees are making sure they get something before it's too late

And someone reckoned the the fireworks were going to be a day late this year.

All seems like loose ends are being tied. There was supposed to be no further RNS until FID too

I thought that the 2013 LTIP had a maximum payment of 200% of salary. Why are shares being issued to cover this?

If anyone needs reminding of the 2013 LTIP, thin its detailed on pages 25 and 26 below

And I also thought that when we voted on resolution 10 at this years AGM, we were told that the 2013 LTIP was dead and buried.
