Dem,
Thanks.
I've had a look at the PDF attached to that page. It details all 150 cases filed under the ECT. However, not all of these had arbitration under the ISCID rules.
There is no information regarding annulment and success rates though.
I shall await Leo's reply....
Mogger
Leo IX,
Where are you getting your information from that back up your statements? I have not seen anything to suggest that :-
1."The vast majority of cases have only been started in the last couple of years and are awaiting a final judgement - only a handful have been completed."
2. "Italy's track record" - a track record of what in particular?
3. Where have you found ICSID's Energy Charter annulment success rates ? To suggest to you that this is a better way to judge success rates.
Any links would be very useful
Mogger
All,
The results are out

Paul,

Latics,
Why?
The quote from Rogue Trader was "Sold today for a small profit. " Penny added "Wish I could do that"
I just stated that, based on his previous posts, and if he was telling the truth, he could.
It's not difficult
Mogger
All,
I think the results will be announced on March 23rd, not the 20th as previously mentioned. An investor call is scheduled for the 26th. A recording of the call will be made and published on the Navitas website on the 27th

All,
SBM Offshore reckon they could get it done in 3 years. They've recently done it...twice. I agree though that project sanction needs to happen soon.
Ralph - would that bottle be a Glenrothes 1969 by any chance?

All,
The MOU with Navitas was an action point in the FIG EXCO Forward Plan for February

All,
This appears to be new, but I stand to be corrected

It looks like Ian Ramsay is forming a project team that all previously worked for Murphy Oil.
Interesting, to me at least, is that they seem to be based in London.

Taurus,
Welcome back to the board.
And well done for buying another 700000 shares since your last post on this forum, in a company with a leadership that you don't believe in.
It's you're not your as per your first message. I very similar mistake that Latics and James Godders make.
Quite remarkable and surely just a coincidence
Mogger
Latics,
Classic "mis-direction" ?
Why then is your name on the list below.? Is it just coincidence that your account was set up at the same time as all the others.?
Those that commented at the time of Glenrothes( account now deleted) all pledged their support for the EGM, all were very negative posters - including yourself.
Most accounts are dormant and haven't been used for months/years.
Most make the same spelling mistakes - including yourself
