All interesting and mainly sensible comments but one has to rememember this is Political and the only ghing that matters to the Italian govefnment is yo kick it fown the road until thry are no longer in power, nothing else matters.

Personally I would put money on Chess being bang on, at best (In my OPINION) we will get "SL development progressing well/as planed" Finance discussions are progressing positively", A number of FPSO's are being assessed/considered through ongoing discussions", We remain on target for FID in 2024 with potential for 1st oil late 2026/27" Blah, Blah, Blah, very similar to what we have been hearing for years but underlying this the majority of us (desperate and sensible) have a strong gut feeling that Navitas knowing exactly what they were getting into truly plan to make this happen.

One for the SAM bashers. I am no fan but must admit if I was him I would probably milk it for every penny I could get (just saying). He may be milking it but lets never forget he is probably one of the biggest single share holders of RKH which means he has LOST MORE and will GAIN MORE from increased share price if he can get Navitas to proceed. What he will gain through this will probably dwarf what he has milked so far.(IMHO)

I understand Navitas has agreed a deal (in principle) with RKH. Is there any reason at all for them to do this if they are not interested in developing SL because from my understanding I can see no other reason?

Ok the deal was there for the taking but even so surely you just don't do this deal for the sake of it.

Muchaboutmoneys last post together with your very good response to Falky earlier (13.17) reminded me of just how knowledgeable you are on RKH this as Muchaboutmoney stated "demonstrates some serious due diligence" which does make me feel I was way too harsh on you in my last post for which I apologise for.

I am not saying I am retracting all that I said just the nasty way I said it. You are obviously way more knowledgeable on this share than I am and many other posters on this share are ever likely to be and anyone that discounts the many valid points you make would be foolish.

However, I feel your continued in-depth focus and multiple posts show that you are very much engaged with this share and are far from giving up on it. This diehard faith despite your very informed miss givings is seldom shown in your posts that while highlighting the genuine problems and risks seldom balance this with the potential upside and your true position.

It is knowing that if you truly only believed the very scary genuine negative issues you post then you would have walked away long ago that I find frustrating. I believe despite all that you know you believe this may still come good and when you hit us with the hard truths maybe we just need to hear that.

Cyan, you do not fool anyone with your constant negativity about this share? A knowledgeable trader would NEVER spend hours running down a share they have no faith in they would sell up and move on to one they have faith in unless, of course, they do have faith in the share but are following a personal agender.

1859 posts over years focusing on anything negative about this share performance only make sense if you are following an agender to 'Short trade' the share maybe(Very Brave currently) or some other agender but one thing is for sure to give this share this amount of your time your posts are not a genuine representation of your true position.

There are many things to be upset about how this company/Sam has performed and as someone that owns in excess of 600k shares, I am feeling considerable pain. However, while balanced fair criticism is both warranted(so warranted) and welcomed biased, over-embellished, and exaggerated negative posts are not only not welcomed can be quite annoying and tiresome.

While I am far from dismissing the points you raise I feel you are being rather too pessimistic and negative and ignoring the more obviously positive facts.

1. The lawyers that took on this case at their expense are experts in their field and while gambling a little never back an outsider on favorites and dead certs. They expected to win and all indications are that they have.
2. They are fully aware that fighting a case like this is expensive and time-consuming and subsequently would not take on a case that winning would not have a very high chance of a large payout.
3. They will have experience of all the delaying tactics used to try and avoid, reduce and/or delay paying any award and will have assessed that they will be able to secure/enforce payment.
4. Once the award has been made with no avenues left to riggle out of it there are cash-rich companies that will RKH a reduced award immediately and wait for the payment to come through. Not an ideal way to do things because they will cream off a fair percentage for doing so but it is an option that even the lawyers fighting the case could put in place.

The one negative I struggle to overcome is that Lawyers and the legal system, in general, are never in a hurry happy to drag things out forever. Mind you normally the time resulting from dragging things out is chargeable and very profitable. This of course does not apply in this case so hopefully, they are as keen to get this completed and their payout as we RKH is.

Sadly I think OPEC and Russia would increase their production to increase their market share long before it hits £200. This said I do not feel they have any desire to see the price below $75 so will always keep Sealion viable.

I feel if HBR wants to improve the deal with FI they will need to do it soon because the longer the POO stays above $70 the weaker their negotiating position will become. I feel there is an improved deal to be done which if they are lucky could include a small drop in royalties per barrel and/or a reduced rate if POO drops and stays below a certain price over an agreed period. I do however believe this discussion can only take place once they have decided 100% to go for it. If they present FI with the FID details, timeframes, and start date with the new remuneration proposal I feel they will get improved terms but only then.I am convinced that there will be a number of people in HBR that support developing SL but there may be strong opposing views well supported on when. The other unknown is where Rockhopper sits in their plans? For example, are they considering making an offer if the OM result is low?Yes, they have lots of opportunities but hopefully, they feel like I do that the best deals for developing SL are available now and may not be as good in a few year's time.

Spacehopper I agree with your sentiments completly and will vote the same. I do not expect to see them removed but maybe just maybe they will wake up to just how unhappy investors are.

I have 500k shares with Internet Investor and have just received my RKH voting links for the 29th of June. Below is the list of proposals with For, Against, or Abstain options. Like many of us, I am very unhappy with the board and have been from when they did the deal with PMO without contracting in a development date with serious penalties if not delivered. This I feel was just lazy incompetence.

However, I digress what I would like from some more experienced unhappy investors is advice on how to vote. Foe example should I be voting against re-electing the directors just to send them a message?

Fully support voting him out because of the mess he has made, lack of progress, and all indications pointing to him just sitting back happy to milk it as long as he can. It is very difficult to believe anyone replacing him could deliver less but sadly I feel they will have no real power to change a lot as this has all been given away.

What the right person could bring is a renewed belief and strong desire to get this project actioned. The business case is there and everyone must know that if they develop SL they will reap the benefits from collaborations with neighboring licenses. Arg being the most obvious which I understand they potentially could drill the edge off from the current proposal.

With the current world climate, it is understandable why the focus is on low risk/cost, short/quick returns but FI is a massive opportunity and I am sure Harbour are aware of this and want to dom it. Rockhopper needs a focused, Dynamic, go-getter in the room(so NOT Sam) to put drive home the business case and persuade the relevant people to do what I truly believe they want to do but do not have the guts to do it.

I am no trader so have to use some common sense and logic when reading these boards. This tells me if someone is constantly posting on RKH they MUST have an interest in it or they would NOT be following it and posting by the hour. It is not a share for a Trader because they are expected to earn daily not just sit and wait. They will of course have an interest in stopping it creeping up bit by bit in advance of an announcement. They want to keep it as low as possible right up till they get the very close to insider trading nod an announcement is due. They will then pile in for a quick win and then no doubt sell most and start de-ramping again till the next milestone is met. Nigoil I am sure believes in RKH 100% and has been and continues to recommend his clients invest in it for a medium/long term gain. For this reason he has no option to continuely respond to the de-rampers because his clients may be reading their rubbish and his reputation is at stake. The fact is RKH & PMO continue to push this forward, not as fast as many would like but why would they? They want to reduce their debt, and oil price is not great. There is no business case to have a massive team working 24hrs a day to speed this up. Progressing at the current speed makes much more financial sense. What they certainly would not be doing is continuing to put money into it if it was going nowhere, they have the balls to pull out and sell on other assets they would have the balls to shelve or sell this if it was not seen viable.
