Gus,
Always here to help in your understanding.
In 2026 the Market Abuse Regulation came into force.
"In the UK, a private sector director generally cannot discuss the existence of confidential information without authorisation if doing so breaches their duty of confidentiality or fiduciary duties to the company. Revealing the existence of information can be as harmful as disclosing the details themselves, especially if it relates to trade secrets, unpublished sensitive projects, or market-sensitive information, constituting a breach of trust.
Have a read of the following to determine if the information passed to you is "precise".
https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/PDF/?uri=CELEX:32014R0596&from=EN
So far this week you have admitted on a public forum to manipulating the market with your trades and accepting confidential information from a director of a UK PLC.
"Not one of your smartest comments"
