I'm no strategist but I wonder if the Brent oil price has anything to do with the share price. Being an investor in PMO, I would have thought you would have seen that correlation by now.
You could of course offset your oil investments with industries that do well with a low oil price.

The Region had motivated its opposition to the project on the basis of an order of the municipality of Scerni which had been forbidden to access heavy vehicles over 20 tons on the area affected by the permit, which the TAR considered not to have excluded the exceptionality of the transit.

If this thing does get FID then it will be at the next PMO board meeting which I think is December. If that is the case then semi sub will be in place Q1 2021 and first oil 12 months after that.
They are the timings that I hear but they are all dependent on this elusive FID
