If you are going to present yourself as a wise pundit, get the spelling right for a start: matastacised once is a typo, twice is rather less convincing.

The market does not seem too upset, but perhaps the up movement is just with the tide of the generally rising market.. We have never had a competent Chair for years. Remember the dreadful Yeo, who left with £60 k for no good reason? Perhaps GH will have less greed? But stability is what PHE desperately needs.

Where a company sees large price fluctuations, as here, isn't it usual to put out an RNS stating that VLS is unaware of any reason why / is in discussions with another party etc,.etc,. or is that too much to expect?

Newlands problem was that the US lab was doing nowhere near the amount of work anticipated (in his dreams), and it was losing money big time. We need a realist in charge.

It is true that if samples are stable for 5 days then the work can just about be done over here, where it is presumably cheaper. But not ideal.

Surely a T/O is all one can hope for now?

Sounds like a fishing trip. Why and on whose behalf? This outfit has not followed any of the rules in bringing this claim, which might mean they are trying to do it on the cheap.
