i don't hold these but normally the reason is that the news may have already been known by the market - for example, the share price rallied a little a few weeks ago - this news may have been leaked to the market makers then. or leaked to an institution who picked up a few shares pushing the price up a little.
added to which, this isn't new business...it's a continuation of a current contract, which is worth a further £10m over 3 years. maybe the market makers' analysts had hoped for a larger consideration so they don't consider this to be good news.
like i said - i don't hold these so i apologise if i'm wrong....just a few ideas.
