No there's nothing going on here. I could sell my holding and go and buy myself a cup of tea with the proceeds but I can't be bothered to walk up the High Street. Anyway, I've already had 2 cups of tea this morning, and I've got plenty more downstairs if I want some.

So I still have my shares...but don't bid me 1.5p unless you mean it ;)

No, you should be able to trade these if you want to. But I'm not sure why you would want to. Just IMO obviously, but these are a busted flush - any money you put in is very unlikely to come back to you. Or if you're thinking of selling them, then, again, what's the point? Just check your pockets for change - there's a really good chance you will find more money that your holding in these is worth.

So - I guess the clock has now started on when the next fund raising will be. We know they've only bumped the share price up with this consolidation so they can sell some more shares. Stands to reason; someone has to pay the salaries.

I reckon before the end of June.

As Ayecuramba says below, it's so ridiculous that LSE shows this as up 1680%.

These consolidations / Rights issue and the like happen every single day in the market. Does LSE's software not allow for these things and adjust the reported prices accordingly? I understand it not changing our individual holdings, but it should be able to track the correct price increases / decreases...

I'm hanging on until this is double figures - and the big figure is a "2"...

Proposed Cancellation of Listing on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange (LSE).

The Cancellation of Just Eat Takeaway.com NV (Just Eat) shares on the LSE will take place on 27th December 2024.

The last day to trade your Just Eat shares via LSE on our platform will be 18th December 2024.

If you have not sold or transferred your shares before 18th December 2024, you'll no longer be able to trade your Just Eat shares on the LSE.

After the LSE Cancellation, Just Eat shares will only trade on Amsterdam. We will arrange to move the shares from the UK settlement system to our Foreign Custodian. Once the transfer is complete, you will be able to trade via our platform on Amsterdam. We'll keep you updated on the progress of this.

I'd sell these - but it would cost me more in fees than I'd get back so I'll just leave them sitting there until this goes pop. Which surely can't be much longer.

And no, I won't be taking up these "cheap" new shares.

There are still people on here who may be looking to try to make a quick buck but are much more likely to lose the lot (if they haven't done so already).

Please don't suggest there's any upside in buying these shares. Apart from a ballsy day-trader who's going to try to buy and sell a couple of million of these inside a few hours, there's literally no value here; they've gone.

It's probably best not to try to entice people into this share.

But I wish you the best with whatever else you are holding / trading.
