I was under the impression there was the RNS wave surrounding the coal mine. But there was also a separate strain regarding ongoing operations expected.

The Sheikh has through, held and warranted, shares nearly 25% of the company...why isnt the sentiment better??

Seems to be sitting at 1.135p not seen much more movement up

I thought the Sheikh had an investment here prior to the announcement.

It's weird. I have no reasonable explanation to offer for why this is going down. Jumping to 1.6 was clearly MMs short of stock and inflating the price. The fall of the share price since the announcement of Sheikh accepting new shares should have boosted it back up.

I would hazard a guess that the rest of the market is waiting for the funding announcement from the Chinese. Then anything below 10p would be considered poor value...there are a lot of assumptions there but Oracle have a great deal in place and if everyone stays at the table then the company will benefit greatly over the next few months.

All depends on when the Chinese can arrange the funding.

Happy to see the Sheikh is interested and the board have put their money where their mouth is as well.

The spread is definitely deterring investment. The idea of share consolidation hasn't had the desired effect. Seems a bit ridiculous. Though having WeShop IPO in Q2 next will be very good for everyone involved.

If all the resolutions are passed that means we have granted the Sheikh another 100m shares, am I correct with that information?

Quite interesting how the volume of messages on here has kept falling. Looks like we are left with all the actual holders and profit makers have all sold out. Can't wait for the results of the AGM (EGM?) tomorrow should result in a very pleasant start to the weekend.

I very much doubt this will move much over Christmas followed by a nice flurry in the new year before the dividend. Should be encouraging.

Another interesting piece of analysis here. Currently 247 vs 276 and the market has closed. Wonder how many people are going to be posting tonight.

Most of the people holding are invested sub 1p. Those who bought on the spike only have themselves to blame. The manipulation of the stock is unbelievably obvious and it'll be seen when the announcement of funding hits towards the end of this year. Those who bought in on the spike should have sold at 1.4/1.5 levels as it was clear the missed the boat. Now back down to 1p is definitely a buying opportunity for those who were initially convinced to buy.
