PRIM has been ticked up thanks to their GGP holdings (37m) - only a matter of time before this one jumps up.

On the basis that that share can bounce from 16p to 160p in a couple of weeks just on the basis of a short term opportunity, there should be plenty of buying coming in here when we get a bit more news come through. 1.6p to 5.6p is a decent gain but it didn't stick, nice recovery from this mornings open. Lets see where this goes.

up 20% with 85m shares...looks pretty good yet again. Lets hope GGP can hold it's rise. KEFI and ORCP to have announcements as well this week.

Yes, I spent about an hour scrolling through their holdings in various companies and found what the holdings are in they companies mentioned. GGP = 85m, ORCP = 21.87m, KEFI = 19.44m, CORA = 1.2m, ALBA = 26m (estimate, based on 5% of the shares in issue at the time of reading).

Very nice to hear another one of our investments is doing well. This year is hopefully going to be full of good news!

It's not listed on a lot of the markets apparently. ********** also doesn't have it as a ticker on their portal/app. Perhaps that is the reason it's been quiet...no one actually knows about the share!

It really is laughable. How MMs can justifying that as a sell price is beyond me. Buy @3.3 - recognising the GGP asset value. Sell @ 2.9 <-- asking you to throw money away an give the MMs a 14% discount

irrespective of the bad investments they've made, the current value of the 5 investments (GGP,CORA,ALBA, KEFI, ORCP) is around £7m - however all are expecting growth in the short term. In 6 months time half of these will have multi-bagged should the right news come in. I'm investing here as soon as some capital becomes free to limit by potential risk of one or two not coming off.

No, it means they have a good forum and you are clearly not a shareholder as if you were you would have been able to view the correct thread providing details of the relist date.

Do you believe in the company? Are you sure the announcement will be made. What kind of bet are you happy making? Answer those and you'll be able to answer your question. I have 30% of my portfolio here but because I'm pretty confident.

Don't think we've had any additional input here. Cash seems to have been held in GGP. I think there's £500k ready and waiting.

10% drop in GGP should be a circa £150k drop in our market cap or 4%...yet we are "down" 1.5%.
Whilst these numbers are fairly close together it doesn't change the fact the company is being priced incorrectly.
Essentially 3 of our investments make up the market cap - which is unbelievable. How any MM can market a company like this so badly is beyond me!

I've just loaded up my spreadsheet of our investments (albeit slightly outdated now) and the potential upside from here is huge. Engage is valued at over £2mil, GGP holding is now over £2mil. plus from the announcements today we have another £1.5mil of investments of which there is a large upside.
Minimum value on the share is 4p based on just £5.5mil of investments.

Engage - large big purchase was at £22/share we have added £50k but I can't imagine that it was too much higher, however that was a year ago. We have an average price of £19.72 and 72,000 shares.

Essentially the market isn't realising £1.1 mil of our investments - or has written it off.

Out for now. Bid dropped below a level I was happy to leave it at. Board have suggested a positive second half of the year so will be back for then. Onto other things.

Does anyone know the holding the company has here?
I'm looking at splitting my exposure to GGP and ORCP through investment here as well as having a direct holding in both. Minimising risk and all that.

Looks like it's ticking up quite nicely again. 1.5p more needed for the next bag in our holding.

Might try and do some research over the week/end to find out what a realistic market value we should assign to that investment.

If AC has any indication of market value of Engage we could rocket. It's been very difficult to find info on the company let alone what the company is potentially worth.

I believe we have nearly £1.7mil invested. (not sure what the actual number is but it's between 1 and 2 million)
