I think his recent purchase, existing holding and other Director buys suggest they all want equity appreciation. I think BoD and shareholders' interests are aligned.
Hopefully you're right and we see more RNS to confirm such. Watch out for more of these at start and end of days. This is where institutions try to fly under the radar as there is more volume in these periods.
Cash at hand and no debt doesn't suggest a company is going bust so the director buy is encouraging. I don't think comparing with Conviviality is accurate. Always buy with caution in any case
Agreed. The only obvious downward pressure here is from Miton. Otherwise, FCA cleared, BK purchase, no debt, healthy cash position etc. So I'd expect this to move towards pre-FCA levels with profit taking along the way
