Management have said they'll be more prudent with revenue booking. Quality over quantity, which is better in the long run. With Yu currently growing but still with just a small market share, I still see scope for upward revenue to be sustainable. I still see the AGM is the near term catalyst for the SP. Reinstating the dividend would be brilliant and also suit BK. Yu should be able to afford a modest dividend out of current cash. I was expecting buying to outstrip selling but not this early tbh. The AGM is still over 3 weeks away

Lets hope so shardster. I feel the AGM will determine the real direction of Yu. £2 is historically low for Yu. Pre-FCA prices were much higher.

As mentioned in some other threads, this share does move relatively given the smaller share count. Was there some other development though or has the pre-AGM position taking already started? There was a good stream of buys from about 1pm yesterday and selling pressure has eased this week

In a fundraise, companies would normally say what the money is for. It is possible to spend it this way. I'd rather see a dividend resumed

Arguably bigger loss was that of the UK passports. Today's profit warning includes future reduction also so not good even in the long term

True visainn. Still think that this was a better shorting target during the fca investigation or before. Once FCA gave the all clear, you'd only really short if the business itself was bad. But with no debt, cash in hand, director buys etc., I simply don't think this is a obvious target

It has been going in the right direction this week at least. Shorting versus selling: guesswork at the moment until rns or short position is disclosed. The agm in a month will give an update as to where this share price will go.

Current mcap of circa £31m is way too low. I look forward to the AGM for a good update on the business.
