I find this odd also. Ocado is turning a corner and yet shorts are increasing from this low share price.

Financials of the renewal hasn't been disclosed AFAIK. I think it is OptimaEd where EXR has said previously that they will at least double there subscriptions.

2025 details were already known. Today's RNS was just audited. Nothing new. Seems like there is enough cash to keep things going.

2026 is looking better than 2025. Margin of 93% is impressive and the education contracts are growing. Shame that the ME war is having such a tough impact here that its becoming more US centric.

Asda has been losing market share for a while. Online grocery shopping is the fastest growing grocery channel in the UK and globally. It isn't much of a reach for Asda to compete in this space against LIDL/Aldi mainly. Ocado has been chosen to help them in this regard.

It took 6 month essentially for Ocado to get this deal done and it is a significant deal. More to come hopefully as the exclusivity days are gone.

All else equal, I'd expect to see shorts close and SP to steadily rise.

Asda currently does "700,000 ecommerce orders weekly". Could also open a window to Walmart in the US, which still has a stake in Asda UK

Very exciting stuff going on from EXR's tech perspective.

LinkedIn is the better place I find for updates from EXR rather than waiting for RNSs. They stay busy in the background. Still waiting for the "big contract wins" type of RNSs to start coming through again.

Another example of VR use. Would be awesome to see Engage as the chosen partner for some wide-reaching rollout with the FA etc or similar.

There are numerous tangible use cases for VR - more so in education IMO than medicine - the Engage platform has demonstrated it is up to the task. The SP needs a repeat of past contract wins to come in more frequently. Increasing licenses through Optima and Inspired is good but need more. It can come at any time. Otherwise, the next likely update is H1 2026

Twice the value of buys versus sells today and still down. Still awaiting actual company news. Not sure where the question of delisting comes from unless their Education business doesn't continue to grow. The enterprise side of the business (onboarding et al) has been the drag, which is unsurprising given Tech labour force in recent years (and more so this year).

I don't doubt Engage platform is in use and the company are grafting in the background... the SP won't really budge based on user experiences shared on LinkedIn. I'm waiting on concrete results from their ME pilot rollouts and brand new contracts.

The SP needs something along the lines of "some education authority has signed Engage as provider for AI/VR/XR solutions...."

Low volume and liquidity --> large headline swings don't surprise me. I'm waiting for pipeline news also as they're doing the right things in terms of building out the product and attending industry fairs.

Solid results save on the FY25 Underlying cash flow figure. Had this been better than FY24, the results would have been a clean sweep. Definitely builds on H1 2025 and, execution risk aside, sets Ocado up well going forward. End of exclusivity is huge albeit that doesn't show in money terms in this RNS.

Not overly surprised by the drop given the nature of this stock but I do think it is only a matter of time now for Shorts to close. The cash available to Ocado and managed (still to high IMO) debt means Ocado is not under threat. New CFC roll out will increase revenue further. Any more exists will bring short term exit fees.
