I have known you from GDR board. Think you are much better person. Time to get onboard GST and leave the past in the past. It will only exhaust you. Time to look to the future which is getting brighter and brighter here. Price is still very cheap. GST will make its move Upwards soon.

Think many are focused singularly on FCA which is also going along nicely and forgot all about the AI collaboration GST signed with Amaris. Watch this AI space as this is going to explode the share price as further updates come in.

Lithium anonalism along 9km strike within CLP licence looks very promising on top of the potential multi-million ounce Gold deposits in Cameroon which has been hidden before ORR discovered a whole new Gold province.

PREM is in a very complex situation but obviously punters like Snowflakes and his crew are not interested that there are contractual $$$ obligations and restrictions in place.

They make it sound like we got companies lining up for Offtake agreement ??? Ground reaity is far from it. We not even got the plant fixed yet. Grades need to meet key minimum requirements.

We cannot just switch off and switch on and enter any new agreement until current one is resolved.

Frankly few traders here saw a quick opportunity to make a quick buck or two by putting a new spin on PREM dire situation to make it look all glowing and shiny as if its all good.

Company is obviously going to put in a positive spin to mitigate the damage.

Only good thing i see in todays RNS was a relief that at least Shares not suspended. So all have access to their shares to do whatever they want.

But the reality we all know and need to accept is they need to raise funds pretty quickly. They highlighted the Going concern point once again which they have to.

Not sure about - Size of fund raise & Discount % applied to the issue price, like 40% discount or less. They will also need to raise a portion for litigation costs covering next 12 months minimum amongst uncertainties on other fronts.

12 months is lot longer than we thought. Some were expecting a quick fix and truce.

ORR current low MCap can simply be summed up in just one word....SHOCKING...

Oriole is way too UNDERVALUED. Think we at the bottom and this could be about to turn around to the Upside very soon.

Arbitration & court proceedings would take months and months with all sides putting forward their defence and arguments. Blame game here is going to drag far longer. We dont even know the grades....even if they meet the minimum requirement/ standards !!!

With above uncertainty looming, there is additional urgency to raise Funds....you cannot go into court proceedings without cash in bank. Not sure why some think it will be all good next week ???

Forgot to add...if that Canadian investor is SPROTT / RICK RULE....then watch out for a very strong re-rate here thats been Overdue.

They also took a stake in GGP back then (if memory serves me correct) during the glory days.

Agree with all of you. Very frustrating but it cannot stay low forever. There are lot of moving parts here with very good Gold grades and first JORC already reported from Bibemi. More to come.

CLP also looking very good. Canadian Investor putting in US$1m to buy 10% stake in CLP licence which alone values it around US$10M which equates to circa 0.28 per share.

Then if you add both Bibemi and Senala JORC reported so far (set to increase substantially) , this should have valuation at 10 folds as management rightly pointed to.

Yes. This is a sleeping giant and when it wakes up, it would be well worth the wait. Market will play catch up soon.

Interesting Proactive article on Lithium.

From 2 Feb RNS...

"In November 2022, the Company reported that anomalous geochemical data from its soil sampling programmes had identified lithium-in-soil anomalism at the Ndom licence, each extending over a c.9 km strike length, associated with units mapped regionally as porphyritic granitoid;

· In the same month, the Company secured the Gamboukou licence, immediately to the south of Ndom on the basis of it having similar lithium-prospective geology;

· Since Q4-22, the team has been completing reconnaissance exploration at the Ndom and Gamboukou licences to assess their potential to host lithium-bearing pegmatites and has now confirmed multiple pegmatite veins within the granitoids and the older basement rocks;"

A further update must be due here also.

As we get further good drill results announced from Senala later in the year and increased JORC.....there is a very strong possibility that MANAGEM might make an Offer to buy out our share to get theirs to 100%.

Next 3-6 months could re-rate ORR to a whole new much higher price bracket.

With mid to Upper 0.20s to be tested again like the 0.28 we touched few weeks ago.

With busy Q3 coming up on all projects i personally think this would go higher than 0.40

If Canadian Investor is buying 10% stake in Eastern CLP project for US$1M, that values the licence currently at US$10M (£7.86M) which equates to price of 0.275

Then you got JORC resource already reported from both SENALA and BIBEMI...both of whhch set to increase substantially.

This is SIGNIFICANTLY UNDERVALUED any way you look at it.
