We still need to spend $10m first.

Think analyst referring to full field development which would be when you got 14 wells planned. Will also depend on how many wells we get up and running this year from Heron.

If we already got revenues flowing from 4 wells, then you would find it lot easier to raise funds next year pretty much close to Market price. They might even raise at premium.

I would more than welcome fund raise next year if that would result in Double / Treble Oil production leading to even higher Oil revenues.

From company presentation few years ago before Heron discovery NPV10 value for Block XX for just 50MMBO @ $60 oil was quoted as US$312m

Just need Heron-1 oil flowing and additional wells added to develop Heron and MATD Mcap would be in a totally new higher price bracket.

Just need to work our way through. MCap soon should be lot lot higher than today.

Overall figure for Heron Oil field was quoted around 600MMBO back in 2019 after discovery.

Petrochina also started out with few wells averaging 500 bopd. After developing their Block 19 they were producing 25,000 bopd from 50 wells at peak production sitting on 2 Billion barrels.

I believe our Block 20 sitting on similar or higher.

Ye Ibiza. Think most here share similar view. If V1 was a duster, they would have RNSd straightaway. Think they found something but want to test it and make fully sure before revealing results. There is defo second working petroleum system in Block V compared to more conventional petroleum sysyem in Block XX.

Block V i think has the rich Lacustrine Oil shales petroleum system OR could have both Conventional petroleum system also.

Read the Mongolia GEOPRO report few years back which showed a cross section of how the 2 petroleum systems are stacked up in Mongolia showing the source rock from early Cretaceous to Jurassic-Lower etc etc.

My best guess is we could hear within a week or so next steps on Heron-1 work over time table. In parallel could also get update on DQE multi-well drill programme.

Yes. Land registry was wrong comparison in this context. I realised soon after.

Point is... its now granted and done. As per RNS, management in parallel are already in talks with drill provider to agree time table for Heron-1.
