Agree. Looks like warrants churn held price down past 2 days. MKA now in best position in my view compared to any other miner on AIM given the healthy cash influx to come in and just one asset with NPV $345m giving 25% free carry to MKA. This excludes other 2 licences btw.

TSX Approval was conditional on shareholder vote (per 11 Dec RNS). We got that Approval so £6m cash will come in on 24 Jan. Don't think TSX has to give approval again. They might make an announcement as formality but don't have to in my view.

Feel sorry for some who might find themselves stuck here for who knows, how long? In my opinion suspension came far too late as if it was allowed to run to the crazy levels? Also In my opinion both Directors and the Broker alongside Market makers could find themselves in very deep doodle here. Not a nice feeling as I lost it all in a dodgy African miner last year before they got de-listed. It was a harsh lesson learnt. Above are just my thoughts & my opinion. Dyor

Crazy is not the word here, with less than £4m cash? * what asset are they Buying? * How much for ? * How much cash is left behind if they spend it all ? Only ones laughing are the original subscribers @ 8p. This will drift over coming weeks as Traders move on. Those spiked will be waiting a long time to just break even. Not to mention the crazy spread. Your Buy is already at a loss when you look at the Bid/Ask spread. Unfortunately some folks just learn the hard way. People need to use some common sense. This is not sustainable. Problem is when everyone starts dumping, what price will you bail out at? Traders will be moving on, if not already. Greed destroys profits. Some body is spiked here big time. Just my thoughts & opinion.

No business assets yet, just �4m cash. MCap x 4 = �16m So with �4m cash company is going to buy �16m worth of Assets, ....WHEN they will acquire ? Caution advised.....this could reverse abruptly. IMHO, DYOR

Not the response expected across on ASX. +74% increase in Resource was excellent news. I think most probable reason for that is dilution for CAI shareholders. 250m shares for them is a lot. Good for KRS as our Holding in Calidus more than doubled overnight with even more shares coming to KRS after the PFS. I think CAI share price will adjust in coming weeks as more Drill results start coming in. Would expect another significant resource upgrade in either Q1 or Q2 next year.

If we get announcement on ASX on Monday night before 19 Dec, then could see KRS trade up to around 0.60 ahead of the 'Significant increase in Resource Upgrade' Could see more positive action here tomorrow.

Dunkelmann Calidus current shares: 1.03B After 250m shares to KRS: 1.28B KRS total shares: 467m Which is approx. 36.5% of 1.28B

Going forward I see 2 options for Calidus: JV or Take over Calidus won't be taking it to Production alone in my view. Significant re-rate to come for Calidus in 2018 which automatically translates to a much higher KRS share price in next 12 months

Sanar, You were correct also in your % of KRS stake in CAI. Depending on the % increase in the Gold resource from current JORC 410k, will have to see where CAI share price ends next week. Upgraded resource of just +1m oz suggest 150% increase in CAI price valuing KRS stake @ 1.2p share based on our 470m CAI shares @ 10c. Assumption used: current 410k JORC values CAI @ 4c a share. Let's wait and see what ASX values CAI shares at after the 'Resource Upgrade'. ATB and GLA
