Agree. MTR investing @ 20% premium paying 3p now and willing to subscribe for Warrants @ 5p a share. They are always ahead of the pack in terms of evaluating future potential than us PIs. Given the number of lucrative assets under its belt, THR is significantly undervalued.

sorry mate, I don't have twitter account. Not aware what's been quoted. I just looked at today's MTR investment as a very calculated & Savvy move.

5p first stop 14p could hit within 6-12 months given Company assets and commodity cycle turning Up also. Personally, I think MTR made a very savvy move just at the right time in the Up cycle.

Think there were only a few million left, might have gone by now. Next warrants RNS should provide more clues. With little volume any o/s warrants should be flushed through in a day or two. Exercise of warrants adds further cash to our pot. So all in all positive either way you look a it in my view.

Loads of cash coming in to progress Songwe Hill deposit worth NPV US$345m Rare Earth minerals will be the new Gold. Whole worlds wants them. Electric Vehicles demand is going to be multiples in coming years. So many other Worldwide applications also on top of Electric Vehicles. Other 2 licences for Nickel, Cobalt, uranium, Tantalum, etc are in addition to Songwe Hill REE deposit. Current MCap �10m ??? MCap should be at multiples...

Agree. Patience is key. Little annoying with price stuck here. Wont stay low forever. Cash coming in. Just Songwe Hill Deposit alone is worth many multiples of current MCap. Then there are the other 2 assets. Chinese link yesterday is a very interesting development.

Great link. China is acquiring lot of companies or taking majority stakes in them to secure future supply of the REE especially in Africa which is rich in the various minerals needed.

Think these are 12m warrants at 6.6p that were given to Noble around end of 2016 about half of which have already been exercised. Don't have the exact figures.

If we get decent volume next week, then Warrants should be gone. Even more cash comes in from exercise of these warrants and only adds to the overall cash balance. Could see sharp move up once Warrants are done. Defo a hold & accumulate at these low prices. Cannot find any other miner on AIM with so much cash Vs MCap.

Did very rough check, there might be just a few million warrants left. Besides warrants exercise also raises more cash like past week on top of the £6m coming in on the 24 Jan. Estimated Cash balance next week should be close to £7.5m MCap £10.7m ?

Tuck 25% free carry on Songwe Hill with NPV $345m equates to 86c (62p) a share. Other 2 licences potential will be on top. No downside with the 25% FREE carry, but with massive Upside.
