For a change drop in CDT price (until we exercise our PUT option) is working in VELAs favour.

MURF price touched $22 high on day of merger approval. Would be awesome for VELA to pick up maximum shares while CDT price is low before the bounce.

I am sure they would have sold some shares from within their portfolio of investments. Quarterly update should provide more details on that.

In the meantime now would be good time to exercise the Put option to convert $4.8m worth into Maximum no. Of CDT shares.

That is very bizarre!!!

£4m should come soon as we exercise the Put option now that Merger is complete and stock is already listed on NASDAQ. Those were the conditions needed to exercise the Put option.

Some people dont understand the deal mechanics which are quite simple.

VELA get US$4.8m worth of CDT shares whenever they exercise the Put option and can sell all shares same day to lock in £4m payout to VELA.

CDT share price (lower or higher) will only be used to calculate the QTY of shares VELA receive.

I expect Conduit to DOUBLE in coming days/weeks.

If VELA lock in their $4.8m worth shares now and sell them all as CDT doubles in price, then VELA pay out could also DOUBLE.

We should get an RNS Monday OR may be even later today afternoon.

Need to sit tight.

This got to 4.50 about 2 months ago in anticipation of the drill. Little delay caused it to drift back to 2p. We now got all the clearance we need. Cottesloe Diamond drilling to start soon.

We also now got RedSetter action to start.

Nothing wrong with taking a profit. I personally think you exited prematurely yesterday. This is the time to be in for the ride upwards not sell out.

I was in WSBN few years ago and made some profit. 18p was the peak back then. No reason why we cannot re-test that again if drill results come in good as expected. But i never deramp the stock unlike you...who bites hand that feeds you.
