(bloomberg) -- chilean lithium giant sqm has partnered with iron ore billionaire gina rinehart to make a sweetened a$1.7 billion ($1.1 billion) cash offer for azure minerals ltd., ending two months of uncertainty over the deal after australia’s richest woman crashed an earlier bid.

rinehart’s han**** prospecting pty. and sociedad quimica & minera de chile sa, as sqm is formally known, will offer a$3.70 for each share in the perth-based miner, a proposal already recommended by azure’s board, the two sides said on tuesday. the offer represents a nearly 52% premium to the price before the previous proposal in october.

sqm had earlier offered a$3.52 per azure share, under a similar scheme of arrangement structure — a 44% premium. but that bid was immediately thrown into question when rinehart built a near-blocking 18% stake.

Genedrive will be a totally different beast all together under the leadership of James Cheek.

Just to clarify we already got Funding deal in place whereby they issue Equity in respect of each drawdown amount.

Higher the price, then even less shares need to be issued. We already have the dilution.

Incoming US Partner in 2024 could also inject a substantial amount as part of the collaboration deal. Then we will NOT need to drawdown anymore and the current deal can be cancelled.

Traction on Sales revenues would add further boost. So different scenarios in play.

Market is " Forward Looking "

And discounts 6 months forward as a guide.

We have a clear route to Sales Revenue growth as very clearly outlined by CEO James Cheek. He is executing the Growth strategy just as he said.

Have said it before, Genedrive has best in Class products in its market. Just that previous CEO Budd was not good at driving sales growth. Budd is a good scientist no doubt. With Budd and Cheek combo Genedrive can achieve True valuation which is not even remotely 10p. Expect this to Multi-bag in 2024. Not far now.

Current price is a STEAL given our prime hot spot location in Pilbara and close proximity to some lovely discoveries already. WSBN could soon play catch up in 2024. Not much shares free float here

Think 5-10 bags would come lot sooner than many think.

January should be lot more active here. No long to wait. This will gain traction.

Only 118m shares about. No wonder it moves like a rocket.

All set to storm higher in 2024 which is shaping up to very active year for Genedrive.

Would expect this to enter 2024 in Double digits for starters.

Results to date are very good with further drilling coming up in early 2024. ARV has all the hallmarks of the next Azure Minerals.
