Alien Metals are sitting on some very juicy lucrative assets. Value will come here and someone is going to either Buy out Alien outright OR at asset level buyout / JV.

Whether its Anglo American or BHP, RIO, FMG. They all would want to grab market share from their rivals to gain competitive edge.

I just cannot see Alien Metals staying independent over next 12-24 months. Bigger player is going to gobble up Alien Metals at right price off course.

Yep. They are testing nerves for sure. But the drop in CDT price is working as a blessing in disguise.

We saw the ferocity of how fast these Biotech stocks can move when it hit $8.75 high yesterday.

Just hope we can get full maximum 960,000 CDT shares first, then CDT price can explode upwards 😁

Either way Upside is MASSIVE and will come. No point selling at these lows. We have had a very strong healthy consolidation over past few weeks.

Time to get in for the ride. Have held on to all my shares and not selling until we get to Fair Value which is MULTIPLES of 0.20

Added few more today. We getting closer to exercise the option hopefully around the $5 or $6 VWAP to pick up maximum no of CDT shares.

My own view is the put option overhang is affecting CDT share price in the short term. Once exercised then we should see a recovery in both VELA and CDT prices.

Debt outstanding £7.3m (approx $9m)

We might not get enough for rough Diamonds to cover the Debt payment.

There is no risk factor. £4m is absolute minimum we should get.

VWAP is only there to calculate exact no of CDT shares we get for $4.8m worth. Simple as that.

We can exercise the Option and sell all shares same day at the share price at the time.

Risk only kicks in if we hold on to our CDT shares (once granted) and decide to sell later on.

Think you got it right. $5 would be the lowest we can get and use to calculate how many shares we get for $4.8m worth.

Upside here is MASSIVE.
